I have used Allied Roofing Service twice. The first experience that I had in 2016 with a previous experience was 5 star all the way. This experience was a lot different. Scott is a very personable and knowledgable guy. My issues this time were the workers. This work crew was a different one than used last time. The first day our ladder and a plastic chair was taken. We called immediately to Scott and the work crew returned them to our yard the next day. We noticed a few days after the roof was complete that we were missing a chock block that had been to the side of our driveway and a sump pump that had been in a bucket in our carport missing. I contacted Scott immediately to let him know and to ask that he check with his workers to see if they had inadvertently picked them up when doing their cleanup. Scott told me that it would be difficult to try to find the items now and that he would replace the items for us. I told him that I did not care if they were new items; that I would be happy with just getting my own ones back. I have sent him text messages, emails, and phone calls trying to get this resolved. My last response from him was on july 6th when he told me he would be by in the afternoon with a sump pump and chock block. We have not seen him nor has he responded any further. I am NOT saying that the workers took these items intentionally; what I am recommending is that the homeowners be around during the repairs/cleanup so their items don't go missing.

Call Scott immediately! You won't find a more honest and affordable roofer in the Corpus Christi area. We had to repair our mother's tar and gravel flat roof after the hurricane, so we called about 10+ companies to come out and give us an estimate. None of them took the time to be sincere and honest with us about the process and the truth about the roof...Scott did. He worked with our schedule and budget throughout the entire process and brought out a crew that was very mindful of leaving the work area exactly if not better than they found it. If I were to use one sentence to describe our experience it would be: ""Going with Scott and Allied Roofing felt like a family member was doing the roof for us."" Trust is paramount with jobs of this scale and Allied Roofing has mine.

Don't hesitate to have him give you my phone # as a reference if you're interested in a quote. I'm likely going to use him to fix our hurricane damaged fence as well!!! I can't wait.

We noticed a leak in our kitchen and it was coming from the roof. We called Allied Roofing Services to have them send someone out to give us an estimate. They were able to fix it relatively quickly
