Courteous and timely, Allied was great from scheduling to completion. Justin was on my roof and Arron was watering and covering my plants. So glad I found them and went with them. They also cleaned and sealed my driveway, patio and pool area. Fantastic. It looks brand new.

While the actual job is good, your employees are driving recklessly through residential neighborhoods while working. Please respect the community and residents who are paying you for your services. It is dangerous and disrespectful to have your company trucks pretending to be on a racetrack while driving.

If I could give a zero, I would have. Don't know what kind of people the company hires. A man and a woman arrived, sat with their phones for 40 minutes, spent 45 minutes supposedly ""pressurewashing"", then the man knocked on the door and said the job is done. I tried to question why it took them less than 1 hour, and he responded the roof wasn't dirty in the first place. I called the office- no reasonable explanation , some bs.
Stay away! Negligent lazy people.

Their process to clean tile roofs uses chemicals that killed numerous plants on our property. Never again would we hire a company that says well we Hosed your plan to down.

I had Allied Roof Cleaning come out to do a soft wash on my tile roof. The technicians, Justin and Devin arrived in a very timely fashion. They were very professional and mannerly, explained everything that would be done to my satisfaction and were respectful of my property. The gentlemen went above and beyond my expectations and worked tirelessly! I would not hesitate to have them return and cannot recommend them enough. The two of them are an asset to their company and a great representation of a wonderful, local business!

Allied Roof Cleaning did a fantastic job cleaning and sealing both my concrete tile roof and my concrete paver driveway. Their crews were extremely friendly, professional and courteous, and took the time to explain exactly what they were going to do and what to expect after the job was done. They also were very careful up on the roof to avoid doing any damage to the tiles. The end result on my 14 year old, white concrete tile roof was nothing short of amazing - with the cleaned and sealed roof looking sparkling white and brand new again! I am also extremely excited that the sealing of the roof with a ""Splashproof"" product came with a 10 year warranty, giving me the peace of mind that my roof will continue to look fantastic without needing yearly cleanings as it did before. I recommend Allied Roof Cleaning unequivocally!

I am writing to update this review as the previous review I wrote back in 2015 is no longer valid and should be ignored by all Yelpers. The business is now under new management and they are customer service oriented and will work hard to ensure that you are completely satisfied with their service. I am still waiting to receive a quote from them, but the owner was nice enough to drive by my house in Florida and send me pictures along with recommended services to help clean up my place. I look forward to giving them a shot in the near future and I am looking forward to a positive experience.
