I can't say enough good about Gary and his team. We have a large building and our roof was so badly damaged for years from old age and a couple band-aid temporary fixes that several units experienced water damage for years. Issues included mildew, mold, water damage and raining inside the units. In one instance, the rain collected on the ceiling of a bottom level unit, which ultimately created a gaping hole. Eventually, the leak got so bad that it was raining in the living room - EXTREMELY STRESSFUL.

Gary's proficient communication, knowledge, compassion and honesty shone from our very first conversation until his crew showed up to get the job done. The time and care he took to talk us through all of his services, offerings and experience was an added bonus. Most people wouldn't be as thorough and patient as he was, and he never once used high-pressured sales tactics into coaxing us into going with him. He did what every sales person should do - present your expertise and services, show your experience and confidence as well as managing expectations, and let the potential client decide for themselves. He was always available, on time and got back to me in a more-than-timely manner. He was extremely understanding when it came time to get approval from our HOA for the project and that it takes some time to make it happen.

When his crew arrived, they made as little impact as possible, and when they left each day, it was barely noticeable they were ever there. Their attention to detail and care to leave our place better than they found it was really impressive and appreciated by the complex. The process was as painless and as quick as possible - and if there were pain points, he would let us know ahead of time what to expect. Gary was extremely hands on throughout the project - he was there on the daily and he checked in daily as well.

After the job was done, Gary gave us a certification and let us know that although they have never received a callback that if there were any issues at all, they would come back and fix it - no problem. This is the difference between going with someone like Gary vs. another ""cheaper"" company. You will not regret going with Allied Coastal Roofing and Building!

Gary was great. And so was Oscar. They went above and beyond...sealed all the exposed nails in the roof, painted pipes and vent flashings, and threw in the vent cap for free! Great service, called when ill, and called when raining...loved the constant updates.

Gary, Oscar, and the whole Allied Coastal crew were absolutely amazing. We got three bids and Allied's pricing was extremely competitive. On top of that, Gary was very communicative throughout the entire process and always available to answer questions by phone, email, or text. I never once felt like he was too busy working on other jobs or like I was anything but his most important customer. A contractor that cares so much about customer satisfaction is a rare and refreshing thing, especially when combined with the years of experience and high level of skill that Gary and his team bring to the table.

Our job required more wood replacement than anyone expected and Gary did his best to keep the cost down. The web is filled with horror stories of contractors taking people for a ride or unexpectedly adding cost after cost to get the total bill as high as possible. You will not need to worry about anything like that with Allied. I wholeheartedly give them my highest recommendation.

Our roof looks amazing and we can rest easy knowing that it was done properly and will last for many, many years. Thank you, Allied!

Very pleased with the work that Gary did on our home. Besides submitting the low bid, he was very patient with our requests for samples and ideas. His workers and the tear-off subcontractors were both professional and considerate. The post work clean up was excellent, including a hard-to-get-to alcove that most wouldn't notice. he showed up on time and finished the job within the time promised.

Final result is very nice and neat and my neighbors love it. I'd recommend Gary to anyone.

Together with Oscar, the firm's foreman, and his crew, they quickly completed a complicated job repairing and sealing my home's two chimneys on a steeply-pitched roof between rain storms. Receipts for all building materials purchased to complete the job were attached to the final invoice. A straightforward and no nonsense business deal that came in on time and on budget. I will be using Allied Coastal Roofing and Building for a much larger project this summer and highly recommend their services.
