Why is it, anytime I come in, you're missing what I need.? Twice in a month you were missing oval pipe flashings and collars. How can you call me asking to do business if you can't keep simple supplies in stock? Staff is nice but terribly slow. You guys have a lot of improvements to make before you earn my business.

These guys are great. I came in Friday looking for Monier Villa tiles and they had what I needed, right color, and it was quick. It helped me get those replacement tiles installed before the rain. They have great prices and stock.

These guys are great! I just had my roof redone and my roofer ordered the shingles through this company. I didn't realize the color I ordered came in two different lines (Owens Corning Duration and Duration Premium) and looked quite different even though they used the same color name. Long story short, the shingles I told my roofer to order was not the one I actually liked. I made this realization as my roof was being torn off. Can you say panic?! I was on the verge of tears thinking I was going to be stuck with something I did not want for 30 years. These guys worked with my roofer and I to get me what I actually wanted with no delay to the job (it was Friday and the shingles were still delivered the following Monday). I am so thankful to Richard who moved things around to help me out that stressful afternoon. And I love the color I ended up with! Great customer service! I cannot thank you enough.
