I've never been so insulted and shocked at the treatment we've received from a company, especially after paying so much money, (12K) was a lot for us. Harassing, threatening, unprofessional emails, using personally insulting and derogatory language. Do not use unless you want to be hounded for payment at each phase of a substantial roofing/home repair project. They subcontract each and every portion of home repair, with little communication other than to harass for payment when work has not been completed. Even after having paid this company over $12K! When they came in over budget, would not supply itemized costs for overage, instead have threatened to place a lien on our property? Wow, Just Wow!

I own rental properties, a couple of which are homes that were my personal homes before we made them rentals. I trust John Lamb and his team to repair any leak, any rotten wood, any complete re-roof any time, for my personal home, or my rentals. His team has completely re-roofed four homes for me, and repaired two others, and he has roofed at least three houses that were referrals I sent his way. His prices are outstanding, and his work is second to none. I tell everyone that this is my roofer, and I have never been anything less than delighted with his work and the way he conducts his business. He stays busy, so you might have to follow up to get scheduled, but its worth it. He's busy because he is awesome.

I contacted this company to repair a roof leak. The owner came out in February took a look at the roof and looked at some rotting of wood on the eaves of house. He gave me a quote to repair both. I got a call from the office and was told that I was on the list for repair and someone would call me when an opening became available. I called at the end of February to follow up an appointment for the repair to be done and was told someone would call be back. I've called 2 other times since then and no one has called me back. It is now almost April. I am not going to beg anyone to take my money but I think this is very bad business.

There are (hopefully) only a few times or less in your life when you will need a new roof. When it comes time to replace it, it's important that it be done right, with the best materials, and at the best price. The quality was really most important to us, even above price, as this thing is protecting our #1 investment, our house! We had 5 quotes on the roof; Alliance was not the least expensive, they were the second least expensive, but we felt like they had by far the greatest value. The quality of the customer service and the way we felt in our initial dealings with them is what turned us on the most. When we combined that with the quality materials they use, it was really a no-brainer. All the roofers we got quotes from seemed to have used quality materials, but it just seemed like too much smoke and mirrors. Alliance took the time to give us samples the same day we met , but also explained the extra steps they take during the installation process to ensure quality. Once my wife picked the color she wanted, they even came by and laid out a large sample of it in the driveway so she could see how it would look. During the installation process, they went above and beyond on everything they did. They showed up when they said they would, covered all of our bushes and hvac units, and left the place clean. They replaced all of our old vents with a vent that goes all the way across the top of the roof line, and painted all of our pipes to match the roof. My neighbor had another big box roofing company out about 2 years ago. Their roof never had a leak, but shortly after the new roof they did! Alliance actually repaired the other roofers mistakes and took care of their roof leak issues while they were here. Anyways, we couldn't be happier with our decision to go with Alliance, and have recommended them to everyone we know. I feel kind of weird being so excited about a roof, but I'm just really impressed all the way around. If you're looking for honesty and integrity, look no further!

I had a hole in my roof. So, I called Alliance to get a quote and Matthew came to see the damage same day. I was in the process of attaining two quotes and asked Matthew to come back after the second quote. First, he promised he could beat the other quote. Secondly, he promised to fix my problem the same day. Well, he did both! His price was fair and he went above and beyond by repairing a wind blown shingle that I didn't know about. He showed me the pictures before and after and was very thorough. He is trustworthy and I will be using him in the future for all my roofing repairs.
