I wanted to congratulate you on the wonderful job you did to replace my roof. The look of the finished product is great. What I liked was how friendly, competent and responsible your team was in getting the job done. They cleaned up each day without destroying any plants or shrubs. All stuff was put away at the end of the day. Your quote was what we paid and you took the time to explain what was needed and why. I will highly recommend you to all my neighbors and friends.

They botched my flooring job in my home. I started to have problems with the floor popping up and separating. They would not respond to my calls or e mails. I had another licensed contactor look at it and the way the job was installed it voided the manufacturers warranty by any of the list of 4 problems with the installation. My insurance can't help me because Alliance is not a preferred contactor with Farmers.
I don't think I've ever been so blatantly ignored and avoided. They know they have to repay me so I can have the job re-done and they do not want to. I have also file a BBB report on this company and the owner, Bill Underhill.
