This company put a supposedly new roof on the house I purchased back in 2017, which is the only reason why I was even trying to work with them. I have had a leak that they said they fixed but obviously didn't. I had to get another company out to fix it and according to them Alliance didn't put new felt on under the shingles and they didn't replace the stack vents.
I spoke with the receptionist Chris and she assured me I would receive a call back that day. It has now been two days with no call back. According to the other roofing company there are several short cuts that Alliance took while installing the roof. Beyond all of that they are rude and they even used a racist term while on the phone with me. Don't do it to yourself unless you like dealing with a company that has a poor work ethic and won't call you back.

My experience was quite different than the other reviews. alliance installed a whole new roof for me. . The roofers were fast and tidy. The estimate process went well and Russell was extremely pleasant, professional and offered competitive pricing.

No complaints from me.

It took over 48 hours to get a call back about getting a repair done. I even called the day after the original call to ask if we were even going to receive a call and was assured that the guy was notified and we would get a call. Still nothing the second day. 3 days later we get a call asking ""if we still need help with a repair"". No care in the tone of his voice. I told him we found someone else and I got a non-remorseful ""sorry we missed you"". Like your little repair isn't big enough for our time. I used them in 2013 and they were professional. Not this time around. Won't be calling them back!

This is a great roofing company. The three roofers that came out to give me a quote all told me I needed a new roof, except one of the roofers Alliance Roofing told me I just needed the leak fixed and did not need a new roof. The roof was only 8 years old. They did a great job.

This has been the WORST experience I've had with any company. We just purchased a home that Alliance recently put a new roof on, so we tried to work with them when we started having problems. At first, they were very difficult to get ahold of, but we did schedule an appointment with the owner Eric. My husband stayed home waiting for them to show up yesterday, and Eric never showed up and never called. When we finally got ahold of them today, Eric and Russell were both very rude and did not apologize once for never showing up. I would definitely think twice before calling this company.

Jerry is a total scammer. Basically what Jerry does is over charge for applying sealant and spray painting vents. Reading the last persons post, I really think I got over charged because my repairs were almost 1000 for an hour worth of work and under 20 dollars of supplies. I would stay clear of Jerry.

Good afternoon,

I'm sure that this won't get anything accomplished but may make me feel better by writing it.

On or about May 25 I had Jerry I believe come out as I had water leaking onto the ceiling of my master bedroom. It took over four days to get a response to get them to come out, then came out as it was getting dark so I'm sure they really didn't get a chance to look very well, so I should've realized the error in my ways then.

But they had done repair work, actual shingles leaking , before and it had stood the test of time so I didn't search around more. SHAME ON ME!!!

He determined that squirrels were chewing on my roof jacks and that they needed to be painted and sealed he did that work for a sum of over $500.


With the rains that we've been having I'm still having the exact same problem so nothing seems to have been reduced by the work done except my bank account.

I called and spoke to someone Tuesday June 28th and was told Jerry would call me. Called back 2 days later because I still had not received a call left a message on voicemail. Called again this morning at 10 am three days later was told Jerry number went to voicemail but he would call me back. Call again this afternoon at 2 o'clock left a voicemail going into the weekend not very good customer service
