Art came out during the 1st of the recent rainstorms and diagnosed the problem with our skylight. The skylight was not a standard size, so Art ordered the custom item and put in a fix that lasted through the holidays and held during the 2nd rainstorms until the new skylight arrived. He is very responsive, friendly, and thorough. I recommend him without hesitation.

I am so thankful I found this company! My roof was done badly by another company. Alliance Roofing showed up on time, always responded to my texts, clearly explained what was going to happen to my roof, were so kind and polite, cleaned up after themselves and did a great job! The price was also extremely fair. I had met with three other companies that also have great reputations but I went with Alliance because Art didn't try to sell me on anything and was so kind and patient with my dad and me. He always got back to us right away when we had any questions. I'm very glad we hired them and I highly recommend them.

If you are looking for someone for your roofing project, LOOK ELSEWHERE!
My husband and I have been gathering multiple quotes for our project, as there have been major differences in the scope of project and pricing (from $700 to $43,000....seriously though, it's important to do your research before committing to such a big project). All other contractors have been accepting and have urged us to gather different quotes for consideration.
The day we made our appointment with Art, he drives by 20 minutes early, sees another contractor leaving our house, and decides to speed by and neglects to contact us. We waited patiently for 20 minutes after our appointment and decided to contact him. His attitude over the phone was beyond unprofessional.
I understand if he felt uncomfortable with seeing another contractor leaving our place, however this DOES NOT give him the right to act so impolite to a potential customer. After ranting to me (he really sounded like one of my crazy ex-boyfriends back in middle school), he then says he's ""too busy anyway and out working on another project.""
I was thinking that he may just be stressed, so I still gave him the benefit of the doubt and said I would still like to meet later during the afternoon. He agrees that he will stop by after his project and will give me a call.
My husband and I waited all day at the house...no call, no show.
I wanted to give him a THIRD chance and gave him a call about the no show and tried to arrange another appointment. It's been a week and I haven't received a call...

And that's why, Art, you fully deserve this one star review. Poor manners, poor communication, and just plain pathetic.

Alliance Roofing saved the day! Our roof had a leak from last week's light rain, and with a storm in the forecast for the following week, I was so grateful that Art was able to come out the day before it started to rain. He arrived on time, checked the attic and the roof, showed me pictures of the problem, and was able to promptly go to work because he had all the materials in his truck. Art was friendly, courteous, professional, very knowledgeable about his craft, and his rate was more than fair. Thank you so much, Art!

Art was fantastic to work with. We had a leak in our roof. He showed up on time, identified the problem and gave us a reasonable estimate. When he did the job, he found additional issues and repaired them without increasing the price. He had numerous opportunities to try to ""upsell"" us by telling us we needed a new roof, but he never did. He treated us with respect and acted with complete integrity.

Art came out to check my leaking roof. He determined that the skylight needed to be replaced. He immediately patched the roof so it wouldn't leak (since rains was predicted) and then got back to me with a new skylight bid. I waited a couple of weeks while the materials were ordered. Art finished the job a couple of days ago; he is so independent he was able to do it while I wasn't even home. All of the sealing, materials and labor came out to $650. I though that was a very reasonable price. It looks great. He was very nice and very easy to deal with. I will use him for all of my future roofing needs.
