We decided to go with Alliance Group after getting about 7 quotes from different roofers. Without looking at the comments on here or anyware else. We may have went with someone else had I looked at the reviews. Every contractor has bad reviews. So I take them with a grain of salt. I never take the lowest bid. I have been burned a few times in my professional life. So they were in the middle range of quotes. Anyway, we decided on Alliance. Come to find out that the salesman we talked to was let go for some reason. So when the salesman was at the house, we asked for quotes for the varies types of roofs, with and without doing the shed out back. We decided on the standing seam and decided to do the shed as well. The problem we had was this. When I went and gave them the first deposit, I didn't realize that I signed the wrong contract, the one with the shed was not the one I signed. So the roof is on but not the shed. After a little going back and forth, Tyler who turned out to be awesome found the quote and installed the roof on the shed. They took the time to do it right. They worked in 95 degree heat. I was impressed with their workmanship an attentioned to detail, even on the shed. I would and have recomended them to my friends. Whatever happened a couple years ago, it seems like they got it together.

Got the company name from a friend and previous customer, I called them to get estimate for a new kitchen floor due to water damage. They were very prompt and reasonable. My wife loves the new flooring in Blue Ridge Pine. I would highly recommend Adam and his crew.

The company provided a prompt estimate and worked with our schedule and timing. The new roof looks great.

Would never hire these guys again!!! Sales process with Blair was great, but it ended there. I can't speak for their quality of work as our roofing project has yet to even get started. We ordered our tile on May 11, 2018. We were initially told that the tile delivery would take 2-3months. Then told an estimated delivery date of Oct 8. Fine -I know thing are taking a long time with the tile manufacturers. I'm pretty patient, but this is outrageous. It's now been 7mo and we have had no further updates, and no one from Alliance seems to was to take ownership and get answers.

My issue is that we now have a torn tarp on our roof which I asked 1mo a go to be replaced and we have seen no action on that either and I have still no idea where the tile is or a new delivery date.

And now to complicate things original HOA paperwork for the project is expired, there are fined being levied for the disintegrating tarp, and my insurance company is no longer patient, wanting proof of project completion and/or paid back.

I contracted with Alliance Group to have a re-roof done. I signed the contract May 1, 2018. The salesman noted in the contract that the job would be finished by 5-30-18. Today is July 15, 2018. Waiting on Alliance to finish the contracted work.

Once they have completed the contracted work, I will update this review. I have paid them 3/4 of the bill. When they complete the job, I will pay the final 1/4 per the contract.
Update - gutters completed on July 19. Thanks to the BBB for their assistance.

What matters now is that the roof works to protect my house and that Alliance stands behind their roof. If there are issues, I'll update my review dependent on how the company handles it.
