Allegiance did our reroof job. The work did look good initially until we found where they had roofed over rotten wood. They charged us for 2 sheets of decking and did not use them. They did not leave them with us after completing the job. I did get them to come out one time with one of the roofers and we showed him the issue. He said he was going to come back and then ghosted us. Now, if we get this repaired by another roofer, it will most likely void our warranty. Stay away from this company if are looking for a company that stands behind their work!

Pretty is as pretty does. I've given up trying to get my two roof leaks from Harvey fixed. While minor in nature, (it would probably require some caulking around a vent and the chimney) I think a company should stand behind its ten year ""warranty"" for a brand new roof in 2016. I will get my reliable handyman to fix.

Salesman that came to my house was very pushy! I called for an estimate on some repair work that needed to be done but he kept trying to get to file an insurance claim on my 6 year old roof. He said there was a lot of wind damage after Harvey but I climbed on it and didn't see a single area with anything wrong, just the bottom of the chimney flashing, which he never ended up giving me an estimate for... What a sham of a company!!!

I called Allegiance Roofing after getting three other bids. I went with Allegiance because they offered a fair price for what I wanted in a roof. Not only that, Brian was able to answer all my questions and assured me they would do a great job. Brian answered all my phone calls and emails quickly. The workers came out at the stated time and started working immediately. I have a fairly good size roof and they hand nailed all of it. They only took 1 1/2 days to complete the entire roof. All the flashing and roof jacks were colored the same as the roof. Afterwards, they swept the area for nails and cleaned up all the debris. I kept looking for any remaining nails and never found any, so no flat tires so far.

After the roof was finished, I checked an area where we had a water leak. The roof never leaked, but the windows well above the roofing did which was the actual source of the leak. Since the windows were very high, I asked Brian if someone could fix the leaks around the windows. Gilbert and his guy quickly came out and caulked around the windows and never asked for any additional money. Gilbert then gave me his business card and told me to call him if there were any more leaks.

I can't say enough good things about this company. My neighbors are looking for new roofs as well and I haven't hesitated telling them about the service and workmanship of Allegiance Roofing. You won't go wrong using this company.

By the way. It's rained hard twice and no leaks!

I called Allegiance in June to look at a couple of roof leaks I wanted to be repaired. Gilbert came out went up in the attic to look at the spots we already found. All he could talk about was how the deck sheets were not to code,that they were under half an inch. Gilbert said no way Allegiance would put on a new roof over this decking .Your roof needs all new thicker decking Gilbert says. Funny, I didn't ask for a new roof, just an estimate to repair a couple of leaks. Also the tape measure my husband and I used, measured half an inch thick decking. Gilbert then went outside on the roof to look at the bathroom exhaust vent pipe. Here is your problem, he said ,the pipe is cracked. Gilbert put some caulk around the so called crack and said this will give a temporary fix, I will send an estimate to repair those two spots . Funny that never happened.

Since then, a couple of other Roofing companies have come out and say my decking looks good, and couldn't find a crack on that vent pipe.

We also found the leak a few days later , six inches way from that supposedly cracked pipe coming through a nail hole.

Allegiance is another company taking advantage of women , trying to sell unnecessary, escalated services. BE AWARE

I had a vent blow off, leaving a large hole in my roof on the Saturday before Easter. Heavy rains were predicted for the next day and I was leaving the country for several weeks the following Thursday so I needed to get repairs done quickly. I explained my problem to several roofing companies, but Allegiance was the only one that would send someone that day.

Their very courteous rep came by, climbed on the roof to check the damage, then made a couple calls to his crews. One crew was almost finished with another project not too far from my house and were willing to take care of my roof that day. I was quoted a reasonable price to replace the vent and do some maintenance work. The crew showed up at my house and completed the work that afternoon.

Allegiance could have really gouged me on the price since no one else was available to do the work and I needed it done quickly. Instead, they were fair and did a good job. I heard that we had several days of rain while I was gone. I checked my roof when I got back and no signs of leaks. When I need roofing work in the future, Allegiance will be my first call.

They did a great job on my roof, but I can not get anyone to call me back. I re-roofing is complete, paid in full, but I have not gotten my final paperwork with all the warranty information.

I used Allegiance to do some minor roof repairs. I felt they were reasonable and honest as did my insurance agent. I plan on using them again when we replace our roof in the future. Highly recommend.
