Horrible! It kills me that I had to give them one star. The owner is a crook and a thief. Was hired to do various gutter jobs around the town of Ennis. I completed the jobs and bought the supplies with my own money. Was paid. Then 2 weeks later I find out the check had bounced. I called the owner and spoke with him the next day and he told me he was not going to pay me! This is THEFT OF SERVICE! I am filing a police report! Also, I am taking the check down to the HOT CHECK DIVISION in Waxahachie, where the check was written at this office. Third step: I am paying the homeowner a visit to see what they would like to do about payment, because those are my supplies and labor and I was not paid. If they don't pay me, I will be placing a LIEN on the PROPERTY! Final step: Taking this to the Justice of the Peace for a Lawsuit, if the owner is not out of business before then. Do not use this roofing company! They don't pay the workers. Now the poor homeowner has to deal with this. NOT FAIR!!! Beware of this horrendous operation!! If you don't heed my warning, you will be sorry later when the labor crew comes knocking on your door demanding to be paid.

I think this is an old address for AllCare. I am posting my review here, too, in case someone finds this entry instead of the one for the current location in Waxahachie.

When we discovered that our roof had a leak and nothing we did solved the problem, I was relieved to have an AllCare representative come by and offer a free roof inspection. At first, I was skeptical about their claims of ""No-obligation"" and ""we can get your home a new roof for little to no cost to you,"" but this is exactly what I experienced! Derek Sewell was the Project Manager that took on our roof. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, a great person to work with. He handled all of our questions with ease and gave us advice on how to handle the dreaded Insurance Claim Process. The installation was done quickly and efficiently; my favorite part was seeing the big hole in the roof decking, which more than explained the leak, and seeing the new decking being installed. We now have a brand new, beautiful roof that's the envy of the neighborhood, and no more leak! Best part of the whole process? There really were no out of pocket costs to me!

I highly recommend AllCare General Contractors & Roofing, even to people who think that their roof is too new to have damage. Texas storms can be vicious, but with AllCare working for you, you have nothing to fear.

Do not use this company, they are dishonest and do not honor their warranty.
Had a roof put on by them, had multiple leak the first time it rained.
Still waiting to gat an email, text or phone call back to have the 2 year warranty that is in their contract.
Poor quality workmanship.
Very unhappy customer.
Since this happened they have moved from Waxahachie to Duncanville. Look at the address on their website, not the same, beware of these crooks.
All they care about is their pocket books.
