hi , my job was finished on april 3, 2023, kelly and wayne did
a great job . had a metal roof install and the guys did a great job. very happy with the work wayne gave me good information about the metal roof. they clean up all the
trash and took it away. i waiting 3 month to keep the materials , but it was worth the wait. one of the great thing
that kelly came in with the quote and every thing written
down what he was going to give me. he was the only person
to do this. i check with charlotte county and state and they
said that they do not have any problem with kelly. he is a
great person to work with thank you kelly and wayne.

We were approached by a roofer combing our neighborhood looking for damaged roofs. The roofers name was APEX. They did go on our roof and told us we had loose and lifting shingles from a recent wind event. They claimed it was damaged & that we needed our roof replaced. We made an appointment with them to come and talk to us about the damage and how they would propose to fix it. APEX said we had extensive damage and about 60% of our shingles were either lifting or about to rip off. They claimed that they could work with our insurance company and have them pay for a new roof considering the amount of damage. They were quite pushy and insisted they could work with our Insurance company to have our roof replaced. We believed them and signed a contract for them to initiate a claim with our insurance company. We had our doubts and wanted a second opinion and already had ALL WEATHER TITE ROOFERS out to inspect our roof last year and were told at that time that we had about 1 - 2 years left before replacement would be necessary. ALL WEATHER TITE came out within a few days to give us a second opinion. They found NO DAMAGE to our roofing shingles. No lifting or breaking. We notified APEX and told them to cancel the contract within the time period allotted to cancel (14 days from date of execution of the contract). Obviously APEX was dishonest about the condition of our roof. We notified our Insurance company that they had scammed us and we wanted to close the claim. Don't allow APEX employees on your roof if they are in your neighborhood. I have read other reviews that claim they actually created damage to other home owners roofs. Thankfully they did not cause any damage to our roof. When the time comes to replace our roof we will be contracting with ALL WEATHER TITE ROOFERS because they are honest and respond to your requests very quickly. I believe they saved us a great deal of heartache, litigation and money because of their prompt response. They also have great reviews. We trust ALL WEATHER TITE ROOFERS.

I have called and texted him several times. Don't listen to his response. He never sent my deposit check or provided any proof of receipts or reached out to me at all. Still waiting for my money back well over a month after he said that he would send it.

A week ago, I noticed a roof leak. Given the good reviews here on Yelp, I decided to contact All Weather Tite to fix it. I set up an appointment with Alyssa the office manager, for Kelly to come down today at 8:30am. At 8:40am, when nobody was here yet, I called and left a message to check if they were coming. By 9am, I did not receive a phone call, so I left. It is now after 2pm, and nobody ever called me. So, if you have a leaky roof or anything else where you actually need the roofer to show up, I'd recommend you look elsewhere.

We expected better workmanship. The roofing tiles are crooked and overhanging the gutters. They removed drip edge vents and left exposed unprimed wood above and behind the gutters and told me it was my problem.
We specifically asked for all flashing and grace paper to make the roof survive typical NE weather conditions. Included skylight replacement if necessary, new venting, etc.
One winter later and we have a wall being replaced that the roofers didn't notice was rotted out when they removed and replaced the siding. They never put flashing on one side and put the siding back resting on the roof which wouldn't allow for water to flow off. Also didn't properly put flashing around the skylights nor point out missing hardware.
And they left the gutters full of nails and pieces of roofing shingles which we also found in the gardens and yard. And we have children living here.
Likely problem is that the contractor hired out non English speaking workers and never inspected their work. In fact he never returned after the job started.

We recently had our roof and gutters replaced by all weather tite roofing (5/15). Kelly Shepard gave us a very detailed estimate which included pictures (that I later used with my insurance company due to weather damage from last winter) and a description of all work that should be completed. We immediately trusted Kelly and went with his company he was much more detailed and efficient then our prior two quotes. This week I noticed something did not seem right in my attic and with my gutters. I emailed Kelly (owner) & Alyssa (office manager-who is always on top of everything) who immediately followed up with a phone call 30 minutes after my email was sent. Kelly then came out to our home the next evening to access the situation and had a carpenter back at my house the following day to make repairs. If that's not great customer service I don't know what is... Thank you Kelly & Alyssa for a job well done!

I had All Weather Tite do my entire roof for $17K. The old roof was workable but really worn. In particular, there was a leak through one of the vent stacks; classic case of rubber boot worn. The price was slightly high but competitive with other good roofers. Kelly and his team completed the work and in general, the work looks great. However, the leak was still happening on the same vent stack. Kelly came back and took a look at it and said that he could not see any problem with it. Next rain storm, same problem. I was up in the attic and could see the water slowly trickling down from the vent stack. I wrapped a towel around it and called Kelly. Now, this is where things get really wierd. Every time I called, he would not pick up the phone or return my calls. After four months of trying, I gave up. I called up another comapny, Watertite in Framingham, MA and had some work done to up the flashing on one of the sidings from ice dams on the split roof side, and mentioned to them about the leak. The guy finished the flashing work and in 10 minutes replaced the rubber boot and shaking his head, showed me the old boot. It was literally the OLD BOOT from my old roof!! And they did not even charge me for that work! Kelly's guys just reused the cracked old rubber boot!! It literally took the guy 10 min to replace it and we stood there shaking our heads...
I mean, generally, they did good work but why would you damage your reputation on something small and silly? Over a $200 job and lose a customer?

We recently had our roof replaced by All Weather Tite Roofing. We were very pleased with the work and the results! After getting 3 quotes, this was the best quote in terms of details provided, professionalism, honesty, and pricing. The owner, kelly, was great to work with and his office manager Alissa was always on top of things. The crew that did the work was some of the hardest working guys working from just about sunrise to sunset in the blazing sun on hot summer days. Great work! Very pleased!

We just had our roof replaced by All Weather Tite Roofing and the entire experience was a positive one. We got quotes from 3 different companies. We choose All Weather Tite Roofing not because it was the least expensive, we had one quote that was lower, but because the package they offer with the warranty of both material and labor was the best of any of the companies we talked to. Working with the Kelly and his employees was easy, they were easy to talk to, they returned every call promptly and they delivered exactly what they promised. The day they replaced the roof the entire team was respectful of our property. They started and finished the job in one day. When they left other than the new roof you wouldn't have known that they have been there. The roof not only looks good but the additional features that they offered as part of the job exceeded what any other company offered. They installed roof vents one of which is solar powered. This will increase the life of my roof. I couldn't be happier with the work that All Weather Tite Roofing did.

Great company to work with and Kelly takes a personal interest making sure the customer is satisfied. I wouldn't replace a roof with out him.
