I had all weather ROOFING put a new roof on my mobile home in Florida why we return to Canada. When my property manager stopped by to check on the job, they had damage the kitchen roof knocked the light out of the socket, and the ceiling fan is laying on the kitchen floor. when I called to see what they were going to do to help me out with this situation I was told this is not our problem. They claimed that representative would call me back. I have heard nothing. My property manager has recommended this company for years he is informed me that he has sent an email to three of his customers telling them to avoid this company because they will not stand behind their work. Although the roof did come out, it's unfortunate that this company does not hire people who knows how to walk on a mobile home roof without doing damage , very satisfied there is much better companies out there

We had all weather put a new roof on our home. I showed them where they did not caulk the drip edge where the roof comes to the apex. I pointed it out to one of the workers and they said they would do it. While I was in the house calling the office to pay they took off and didnt do the caulking. I called them on 1-3-23 and the lady that answerred the phone said it would be 60 days. Today they still have not contacted me to fix it. I even emailed the company and they didnt respond. I think they have become to complacent. Everyone in our park use to use them but now i see other people are using other roofing companies. I highly recommend not using them. We also found over 2 dozen roofing screws in are yard and bushes.

Replaced roof and gutters on mobile home in North Port on June. Then we got hit with hurricane Ian and both roof and gutters were
Ripped right off. I get that hurricanes can do a lot if damage however my neighbors with 15-20 year old roofs did not get the damage I got. I don't feel they installed it properly and after talking to other people in our park who used them they all felt the same way. One of the neighbors was fortunate to reach the owner and he did work out some type of agreement. I left several messages starting in October 2022 and the sales person returned my call in 3/2023 asking if I wanted them to give me a quote. I gave him an earful. I would not do business with them ever again.

Excellent company! Extremely professional formen. I was in a mess with another company (Comfort Cover Systems). Stay away! All Weather Roofing stepped up to the plate. I called Comfort Cover after 90 days. All my calls ignored. Then they said I'd have to wait till 2023. And they will not refund my $1,000 deposit. All weather Roofing saved the day. They came within 3 weeks. Did an amazing job. Put on a brand new roof. The foremen KC and Edgar went out of their way explaining step by step of what they were doing. I tipped them well for their professionalism. ALL WEATHER ROOFING is the BEST! I got more roof for the same priceThank you guys for everything!

In all, they did a good job on the roof of our home, there is a small roof over the dining room which is a bay window that was not done and we were never told it could not be done. That being said, their service and employees are another story. One employee doing the roof had such an attitude problem and was on his phone using foul language like it was everyday language and was extremely rude. The manager called me to apologize for his actions and graciously took 200.00 off the bill. Later that day we noticed that the bay window was not done, we called the sales person and was assured that someone would be out to look at it. Nothing, two additional phone calls later, still nothing. The owner now says that is what the 200.00 discount was for and they will not be doing the bay window. Unfortunately she knew nothing about the bay window when she gave the discount for the rudeness of her companies representative.

Excellent customer service! Curtis is more then helpful. I needed documentation for a roof they installed in 2005 which I may add is in excellent shape today in 2020 and researched and provide this information to me in less then 15 minutes.

Daylight savings time...SUNDAY morning at essentially 0730 to be placing a metal roof is RUDE and inconsiderate! I suffer from insomnia and Sunday is the only day I ever get to catch up as I am not dreading that alarm clock.

We had new lifetime roof installed in 2010 by All Weather. Everything went quickly and smoothly and we were very pleased. In 2015, cleaning and inspection revealed that birds had been peeling away some caulk around our skylight. All Weather responded promptly and recaulked the area. We were expecting a bill since it really wasn't their fault but they took care of the charge. We recently had another incident and Eric and his crew were here and politely and promptly took care of the issue. Great service after the sale!
