This review is because often sales personnel promise things that never get delivered. After all the miss-steps from delivery to finished product, too many to mention, my roof is now acceptable. I was promised a certificate for a Certified Roof to help lower my Insurance Cost. They never came through with it and this roof was put on a year ago, even though they had an Inspector check out the finished product.

All Weather Roofing replaced the roof of our home. The initial estimate was prepared in a very professional manner by the courteous sales rep, Gary Tanner. He stayed in touch with us throughout the process. When it came time for the roof to be replaced, it took about 2 full days to complete, which is what would be expected for a rather complex project like ours. The crew were very hard workers and did not cut corners. My wife and I are very attentive to detail, and Roberto (the quality control manager) ensured that all of our specific requests were carried out. We are truly satisfied with the outcome.  Our roof looks fantastic!

If you are looking to replace your roof, DON'T USE ALL WEATHER! Every person they send out is more ignorant than the last. They pushed my date back 3 times. They couldn't put on the chimney cap I ordered, so they just covered it with plastic. They left metal in my yard for a month and didn't pick it up until I called a manager. They broke the awning over my back door and the project supervisor (Jody) told me they didn't do it. When I talked to the manager, she sent a guy out to temporarily repair the awning until they could replace it. This guy admitted to breaking the awning, choosing to leave it broken, and then leaving with the part that fell off! They finally came to install a new awning and screwed up my door frame exposing the wood to the elements and made it to where my back door won't shut. I've tried to get in touch with an owner on multiple occasions, but I keep getting passed to different ""managers"". I started this process 5 months ago and it is still dragging on because workers are lazy and the people in charge haven't come to inspect quality. The company is impossible to underestimate.

Everything about the new roof was great! They came out, did all the preliminary steps and got the job done quick! Makes the house look so much better. Glad I went with them! Thanks Chris, and the girls in the office!

I called six months ago regarding a roof leak. They were very quick to respond and very polite. That said, my roof is still leaking and when I called to get it repaired again, I had issues. They still came out and did an assessment but when I scheduled a meeting, the person showed up early and then left saying I was not home even though I was. I am quite upset that he did not call (either me or his company) to verify if I was home. Just said the house was empty. It was not. So I still have the roof leak that they said was fixed but is not. The two stars are just because they pick up the phone when you call and are polite. At least there is that.

Called early in the morning on a Friday to try to find someone to do some repairs on my roof. Was told a scheduler would call me back. No call. Called back in the afternoon and was told they don't so repairs but their former reviews state they had repairs done. Girl who took message didn't know that they only do roof replacements and new construction. They could have called and told me that instead of making me contact them again. Now I have to look elsewhere and possibly not have an appointment on the books until Monday now that businesses are closed today and not open through the weekend. Poor business practices to start with usually means poor business all the way through.

I have been criticized by Yelp for offering too many five star ratings. I have increased my critiques to produce less fives, but this place is truly deserving this rating. Their are lots of roofing companies and our last one was cheaper than this company but it cost me a few front tires (roofing nail punctures) my house was a construction site for too long and there were other problems. This time around I checked references and this name kept coming up. When they came for the initial interview (Chris) and estimate I was impressed by the professionalism, knowledge and demeanor of the man I was dealing with. I am a retired professional and this person was patient, explained everything in a way I could understand, and also explained options. As we proceeded through the whole process I was constantly impressed with every interaction. The crew that did our house was from Mexico. They were neat (cleaned up every day to the point that the disruption was truly minimized). There were no surprises and despite a bad rain storm in the course of the installation (producing some damage from open area) they took care of it again in a professional competent manner. Their quality control person obviously was a roofer who had grown up in the business as was the manager and even the office person who I interfaced with for payment etc. In short, this is one of those companies that once you have experienced this kind of care you will now set the bar at this level. I highly recommend these guys. Of interest at my last visit (delivering an insurance check) I met an owner (I do not know if he is the sole owner or one of a group). They say that leadership sets the tone. Once again, the competent professional personality of this man with a personality that instills confidence is evident at this level and it clearly permeates this company.

I had an All Weather salesperson to my house twice for estimates for roof repair. August 25, 2018 my husband and I had a meeting in All Weather's office with Chris and Ward Fendley to decide the method to be used for the repair. Roofers came to my house on Sept. 31, 2018 to take measurements. Later when I did not hear from them, I called and was told that Chris was working on it. Time went by and still no word from them. I then went to their office and spoke with Ward Fendley. He said he would turn the issue over to Kendal. As I write this review on October the 2nd, 2018 they have never called. Obviously they never meant to take care of my roof, but I would think a reputable company would inform a potential customer that they were too busy etc. to do business with them. Very Rude and inconsiderate! I will pass the word on to everyone I know who want to know a good roofer to not call All Weather. Definitely not All Weather.

Amazingly friendly and very easy to deal with. The owner will personally call you to assist with the issue. I definitely recommend them for any roofing issues.
