After speaking with several roofers I called a contractor friend and asked him for a recommendation. I was given the number for All Weather Roofing and I asked them to come by and give me an estimate... Within an hour Enrique was with me on my roof going over what needed to be done. He was friendly, very through and had the expertise and honesty I was looking for... Because of a job delay he said he would be able to start on my roof the next day at 8:00...

At 8:00 his crew was at my house and working to remove the 5 previous roofs that were on my house... These guys WORKED. These guys HUSTLED. These guys CLEANED up the MESS every day... Enrique would show up on the job several times a day to give direction and instruction and hands on help...

My roof looks amazing and its due to Enrique's diligence and his crews hard work. When the job was finished, he took me on the roof and walked me through the whole process and showed me ALL the work they had done in a week. It was AMAZING. These guys are professional, fast, clean and honest... I highly recommend that you call them for an estimate. You won't be sorry.

Going to bump these guys back up. They came back and fixed the problem and the leak is gone. Turns out they use their own employees but they forgot to leave a card or a note that they'd fixed the leak. We haven't had any troubles since and they have been communicative.

We called All Weather Roofing and we got a return call from Craig in just hours. He arranged to meet my wife and I at a time convenient for us to look at our roof and make some suggestions on what kind of roofing product would work best for us. He spent and hour going through options and made our decision easy to choose a 50 year composition shingle for our residence. We have gotten a couple of other estimates to do the roof. Since the prices were about the same we went with All Weather due to the professionalism of their representative. The roof looks great and it is now completely waterproof this winter. Thanks to all their fine workmen for a great job! We can recommend this company and Craig to anyone.

Craig from All Weather Roofing was very helpful and helped me fix a wierd leak I had over my kitchen roof section. It would only leak on some rainy days. He found the section of roof it was from and repaired it in just few hours.

It has saved me during our storming season here in Hayward from any further damage to our roof and attic area.

I would recommend using them again to help fix or replace my roof later.

My experience with All Weather Roofing began very well and was promising, but continued to worsen as time went. I called AWR and Craig returned my call after the long holidays. We set up a time for him to come and check out my leaking roof. Craig inspected my roof and gave me a verbal estimate for work, with nothing written. He stated that he would call me in 3 days to arrange a time to complete the work. Almost a week passed and I had not heard from Craig so I called him and left a message for him to return my call. Instead of just communicating by phone, Craig showed up to my house unannounced. He decided to climb onto my roof again to take photos and appeared completely unorganized and flustered. He told me that he would try to complete the work the following day, but was unsure due to high winds that week. I asked that he call me in the morning to give me an update and he agreed.

The entire next morning and early afternoon came and went with no call. As I was ready to move on to another company due to lack of response and communication, 2 guys showed up at my door stating that they were ready to complete the roof work. Due to my desperation to get the work completed before the next rain, I allowed the work to be done. The contractor that completed the work was very professional and informed me that Craig only serves as a figure head and businessman, but that he was the actual contractor with the license. I reviewed the work and it appeared to be done well. After completion, I readied to pay the contractor, but he declined payment, stating that an invoice would be mailed to me.

An entire 3 weeks passed with no invoice. On a random night, the contractor himself hand-delivered the invoice to my wife, once again not asking for payment at that time. The invoice was for slightly more than what was quoted, but I was prepared to mail payment and move on. The following day as my family and I prepared to eat dinner (at night, about 7pm), Craig showed up at my door asking for payment at that time! I gave him the check and sent him on his way. This company's business arrangement appears to be pretty sketchy and I would never choose to hire this company again. The work appears to be done well, but this experience was NOT worth it. Please do yourself a favor and listen to this review and the review from 1/6/13 and hire another company.

All Weather Roofing is a great company to work with, very knowledgeable and dependable. Our family owns multiple properties throughout the bay area. We have had many different roofing issues and each and every time we have called Craig he has been very responsive, especially when it came to leak detection. We had called other contractors out in the past and they were slow to respond to our calls and never properly fixed the leak. I would highly recommend All Weather Roofing and Craig for any of your roofing needs. We have had some challenging roofing issues and he has always been professional and reliable. We added some sq. footage to our house and needed roofing shingles installed. Craig gave us a very fair and competitive price. Spoke to us in detail about flashing needs where the old and new roofs join in a valley. His crew came out and had the job finished in no time at all. Craig followed up to make sure we were happy customers which we were. Would not hesititate to hire All Weather Roofing in the furture. They did a great job!

Dealt with craig,just an incredible devotion to service and really helping my wife and I make the right roofing decision. we had a couple of questions and called him after hours thinking we were going to get an answering machine,especially since it was the weekend.Was i surprised 9;30 on a saturday night 3 rings and no answering machine but craig personally answered. we had three other compancies give us estitmates and hands down craig was far and away the most knowledgeable, the most helpful and the most honest. Sure glad we chose All Weather Roofing and their workmen were superb...great job great job
