All United Roofing Co. Inc. is truly the Gold Standard for a roofing company and customer service. Our roof was damaged due to the winds on January 7. The day after I started to look for roofing companies, and our neighbor who is a general contractor highly recommended All United Roofing Co. Inc. Couple of days after my neighbor arranged a meeting with Jorge who is the owner of the company. My first impression was very positive, because Jorge was punctual, knowledgeable, took time to respond to all my questions in detail, and provided several recommendations. Within a day, I received a detailed proposal from Betty. I requested few modifications and Betty very efficiently coordinated them with Jorge and updated the proposal. The total proposal seemed to be reasonable. I made several appointments with other roofers, but none of them were as punctual, professional and cordial as Jorge and mostly the prices were within the same range except couple, one being low and the other too high.
While I was still evaluating the proposal (the contract was not signed) Jorge send two of his employees to cover the damaged areas of my roof with tarp since there was rain in the forecast. He never forced any brands of roofing material, instead provided his recommendation. He also asked me to do my own research and pick a brand that I believe would work for me the best. Betty coordinated the permits required with the city and arranged for all required inspections. The number of employees varied on daily basis; there were 8 employees the first day, 11 the second, and so on; however, they were all working in a perfect rhythm. All his employees were very cordial and professional. Throughout the day they kept around the house clean and removed all debris before they left. After the work was complete, I knew that I had dealt with an ethical contractor with a high integrity. I highly recommend All United Roofing Co. to anyone who needs a new roof or a repair.

We had used All United for some smaller roof work over the years and had always liked Betty and Jorge very much. When it became clear that we need a new roof, we met with several people, all of whom seemed nice, but ultimately decided to stick with the people we'd already has positive experiences with. (Also their quote was considerably less than the other two.) With a short time frame (four days until we had to leave town) Jorge and his team got the job done quickly and well! His crew was professional: punctual, hardworking, and extremely clean. They were mindful of cleaning up debris throughout the work day around my house and any that may have blown over to my neighbors' yards. They paid attention to the slightest details while working and when cleaning up.

Jorge and his team are professional and know what they are doing. They did a complete new roof for a flat roof torch down and the job was done flawlessly. They showed up at 7:30 am each day and worked non-stop completing the job in four days. These guys know what they are doing. They were able to do it without damaging my new rain gutters. They got all of the city permits/inspections, used top quality products and cleaned up every day before leaving. Jorge was there every day to ensure work was done correctly and to city code. I cannot be more pleased with thier work and I am very picky. I definately reccomend All United Roofing as they are experts in this field.

We hired Jorge and his team to do our roof in 2019. Boy was the at a mistake, he started off by explaining the process and time frame and price. We trusted what he said they would do, unfortunately none of what he said was done. Are roof is lumpy and looks like it was done 20 years ago, they didn't replace termite damage on the rafters like he said they would. When I pointed it out to him he simply said it was to late to replace. For the amount of money we spent you would think he would honor his word. I've tried calling multiple times to have him fix the terrible work they did but of course no call backs. Save your time and money and find a reputable company. You can see in the photos

Jorge and his crew did a great job re-roofing on our 10,000 sq-ft flat commercial roof. Job was completed quickly, no issues or lags. The crew works clean and professional. They use top-quality materials. Workers are cordial and job site was kept clean at all times. They did a great job rebuilding the A/C platforms and the galvanized sheeting. They also took extra care in weather proofing around the parapet wall. Betty, who works the business end was always courteous and helpful. Also, important to know is that their pricing is very competitive. This company is solid and the care about getting it right.

COVID 19 comply , Jorge and team were masked ,Clean , respectful .
They saved my barn roof and worked with in our budget . Removed existing roof , replaced sub structure , added facia boards , and matched my house roof color. Turned by barn back to a neighborhood like from a disaster of dipping ratty broken mess old roof in less than one day . Team polite and showed up exactly on time.
Cleanup and triple checked for nails , cleaned inside and out.
