Had repair done on my roof and had the owner Paul come back as promised to discuss incomplete repairs and leak. So l had a male neighbor come over to ask questions and Paul was not prepared for the quality of work l he said should've received. Paul was not happy that l had this neighbor and said he would do a water test the next day.

Paul never come nor responded to any of my calls nor text. Five months later and after the major rain l had a new tile roof installed. I called and he answered and said he was angry that l had my neighbor at my home and he didn't feel that he was responsible for my roof nor wall damage.

He had a person Gamaiel to tell me that l didn't need a new roof. At my meeting with him and my neighbor he states he knows nothing about roofs. So, we both say then why send him to homes to inspect roofs?

Terrible Service !! Do not Use. Had an appointment set up with Choice home warranty for them to come out and take a look at the roof. They came out and inspected my roof and took my service fee. When I tried to get another appointment for them to come out and do the actual work. They completed avoided and dodged all my calls and messages. I called choice warranty and they set another appointment with them. I waited around all day and they never showed. DO NOT USE. STAY AWAY. They take your money and then provide zero communication and ignore you ! TERRIBLE SERVICE/RUDE PEOPLE

Home Warranty of America (HWA) assigned us to All Things Roofing for a roof leak, the technician was sent to the wrong home, or never came to our home, and sent a message saying that we weren't at home during the time they visited (We waited the entire day!). They were very responsive though, and we were able to get another visit scheduled shortly after. When the technician came over, they took the time to explain to us where our roof leaks were, and where there would be potential leaks and charged us $75 for a service charge. However, when it came to actually doing the work, they became unreachable. HWA was unable contact the technician for more information to get our roof fixed, and when we called it was either voicemail or an automatic text asking ""Can I call you later?"". After a week and a half of trying to get a quote and moving our insurance claim forward, we decided to try another technician.

TLDR: Everyone was very nice before getting money, but once they took our money they started dodging calls and ignoring messages.

Just terrible and unreliable. Home Warranty of America assigned this company to look at a leaking patio roof. First, it was impossible to get in touch with the company and then the technician missed the first scheduled appointment. When they rescheduled, they said they would waive the home warranty service charge fee ($75). Finally, the technician who came tried to upsell us, told us that there was leakage in the patio roof and took pictures, and then told HWA that there was no leak. The whole process made no sense and felt like a scam.

Horrible company...I reached Alex and went back and forth for over a week to have downspouts installed...they never showed up, dodged countless phone calls from me and never ended up doing the job when we had several days of scheduled appointments for them to come out and do the work. Do not ever deal with this company.

All Things Roofing replaced my flat roof. Completion date was February, 2023. The roofers were punctual and professional. There was a couple of days delay, because of the inspector's schedule.
Alex, the project manager, was great. He responded quickly to my concerns. He provided photos of the roof, before, during and after. He responded quickly to all texts and calls. I am very satisfied with the work.

Called and I was transferred to Rene , he was able to help me out with a full re roof and also with some repairs in my other residence. I would recommend All Things Roofing to anyone looking for Owens Corning shingle roof and skylights. They had 2 skylights custom made. Also had them install a solar tube.
