Jerry advises; recommends and only works with the best materials available. All-Tech Roofing was able to repair a major horizontal roof beam amoungst other underlayment and wood repairs. We had this work done during the recent heavy rain Storms in SoCal. Jerry at times worked in the rain and even installed a Seamless Gutter System throughout the whole house. It looks TOTALLY AMAZING; Like a Model Show Home. All-Tech Roofing was on time and kept to budget. Jerry communicates very effectively and is very honest and is full of integrity. Jerry at All-Tech Roofing is very easy to talk to and will answer any questions you have about roof installation and repair. My 20-year-old tiled roof had a few broken pieces and some leaks, After I pointed him to leaks above me on the ceiling, he went onto the roof and identified something called dormers which were the source of the problem. When he eventually found tiles to match the old tiles, he installed those and he repaired the dormers. This may seem odd, but I chose Jerry because he did not have a website and I believed he did not need one because he is in great demand. I was correct because when he repaired the roof he told me that he had roof installations and repairs through four more months! I highly recommend Jerry for whatever is needed to make sure that you have a roof that will repel water through heavy downpours.

Jerry went above and beyond our expectations! I had to have my house tented for termites and learned I needed a new roof around that time as well. I had gotten a few quotes and my last one was from Jerry. We went over what also needed to be repaired from termite damage and with repairs and a new roof he was the best price. I also saw he did some tube sky lights for someone here on Yelp and thought I would ask since my hallway and living room can get dark and also had great pricing on that as well. He did an AMAZING job and made sure it was all done right and with high quality. You can tell he takes pride in his work and does not cut corners which is hard to find with contractors these days. Jerry Velasco's All-Tech Roofing is THE BEST! His work is top-quality and he knows a lot about the roofing industry! But more than that, he really cared for us as customers. Our roof had to be replaced due to leaks. We have T**** solar panels (which didn't cause the leaks) that were installed on a damaged roof, without our knowledge. Jerry was able to see that the damages were older than the solar. T**** never said a word, claimed it was fine, and installed solar - two systems 5-yrs apart! They wanted a lot of money to remove/replace the solar, so we could get a new roof. Jerry advised us to file a complaint with Calif State Lic Board, and T**** backed down to a minimal cost. T**** removed the panels & Jerry did a beautiful job installing the new roof. During solar reinstallation, T**** broke over 30 tiles. They didn't know how to work on a roof properly to prevent damaging the tiles, made several mistakes, including not replacing the tiles correctly. When a different T**** team came back to complete the job, Jerry was on-hand, showing them pictures and video of their prior team's shoddy work. Jerry was there for us to make sure the job got done right. It feels so good having an expert in your corner! We highly recommend All-Tech Roofing!

I have never been more thankful for Yelp than for helping us find Jerry!

A roof is a huge investment and in this post-pandemic world, shingle options are severely limited. For FIVE months, we and Jerry looked at literally every option to make our roof fabulous with the available materials. Jerry's experience was invaluable to us because he knows all the ins and outs of roofing AND he does it all himself. He must have contacted a dozen companies to get something that was ""acceptable"" to us -- but Jerry is the one who made this ""acceptable"" option phenomenal with his ideas for a unique and never before seen layout that crowned our house better than we could have imagined.

We just wrapped everything up yesterday and Jerry's attention to detail (like covering the attic vents in shingles and making the flashing right up against the fascia) has made our roof spectacular.

Not only did Jerry do our roof, he engineered and built a bulletproof termite repair, installed a skylight/light tunnel that has transformed the stairwell in our home, and also installed a whole house fan.

All I can say is thank you Yelp for giving us Jerry -- and thank you Jerry for exceeding our greatest expectations. You will never go wrong in selecting Jerry for your projects!

Our roof leaked from all the downpour of rain. After calling several roofing companies, all of them were booked weeks out but so grateful I got a hold of Jerry. He was able to get to my roof timely and even sent pictures of the issue and after the repair.
