Jerry from the beginning was the most detailed and professional of all the roofers we got quotes from. First, he goes up on the roof with his iPad and comes down to show me photos of our current roof condition. He was also the only one that showed up with the shingle sample books from the manufacturer. Then when we can't decide which color, he offers to put a large piece of the two colors on two different spots on the roof for a week so we can seem them in different lights and make a final decision! He also gave me the address of another customer near by so I could drive by and check out his work.

His price was comparable to the two other quotes, but he offers so much more that in the end, he was a way better deal. He was able to do our attic insulation without us having to call a third party. He also retrofitted a cylinder skylight we have that quadrupled the amount of light! I liked it so much, I immediately asked him to add one to the kitchen.

He also suggested moving the ventilation up higher on the roof to increase efficiency. He also talked us out of putting on more expensive longer rated shingles because of the way the companies prorate them and because we were paying for tear off and weren't putting layer on layer. I think that saved at least $1000.

Not only does the roof look fantastic, without asking, Jerry hand primed and painted any metal apparatus on the roof to black to match the roof so it would blend in. I've driven around and looked at other black-roofed homes and no one else has this detail. He also retrofitted a gutter in the front of the garage that he didn't like how it looked because it was accommodating an old electrical connection that was no longer in use.

Jerry is so pleasant and upbeat to work with and you'll feel like he is doing your roof to the standard he would do on his own house.

Jerry just recently finished my new roofing/vents and I'm really happy with the outcome. From the start he explained very well the details of the project. He will also listen to your suggestions. He is always busy so make sure to schedule ahead of time. I have contacted several roofing companies for quotes but All-Tech is way affordable plus he replaced some of the rotten wood at very reasonable price. The quality of his work is top notch he's a pro and very knowledgeable. It took just a week to complete the whole project including wood repairs not bad for a man team. I'll have him back for my skylights installation pretty soon. Also he accepts all types of credit cards which is very convenient. Give it a shot you won't be disappointed.

Jerry came to our rescue and did a wonderful job repairing our roof, installing new vents, and a QC whole house fan as well, all while saving us a lot of money on a total roof replacement that other roofers insisted we needed. He got the job done, working overtime to meet an escrow closing deadline, and cleaned the trash up daily. Be patient because he is booked way ahead, but well worth it. I am so grateful for there being Yelp! They are the reason I found Jerry at All-Tech and the reason you will be, too! I have a large, 3000+ sq ft, single level home with high ceilings. Last year our a/c was on during the peak heat months, for what seemed like 24/7, with our SDGE bills close to $900 for 3-4 months. I did not want to pay exorbitant bills again this year. I did a lot of research and after talking with 3 other companies that told me it was too big, too hard, etc of a job to do, I found Jerry. I have limited attic crawl space and needed a few more roof vents. Jerry not only vented the roof the way it should have been done when built 13 years ago, but he also recommended two Quiet Cool stealth, brushless whole house fans. I've had them in now for about a month and WOW, what a difference! The house has been approximately 10 degress cooler so far. Jerry went above and beyond. I had a few broken S roof tiles & another area near my chimney that needed fixing that Jerry pointed out AND FIXED FREE OF CHARGE. If I could give Jerry a six star review, I would. If you are looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and personable professional to do a new roof or to give you cooler living quarters, he's your man.
