Cesar Sr. and Cesar are the operators of All State Roofing. Cesar Rodriguez Sr. brings 20 years of knowledge in the roofing industry. He started as a worker for various companies. With his field experience, he has encountered it all. Although Cesar Rodriguez Jr.'s five years doesn't match his father's experience, as an learner working alongside his father, he was taught by the best. He quickly learned and stays informed with industry standards and the newest roofing materials the field has to offer. This is achieved by being a affiliate of the WRCA and attending their annual roofing convention. We truly are passionate about roofing; we relish finding solutions for people's problems.
