Eilon and the rest of the guys from All Stars Builders were a pleasure to work with. We hired them for fixing the roof and for landscaping, and ended up adding also exterior paint. They did the work very well efficiency with no issues. We agreed to all the terms .

The company found me via a random call from a person asking if I needed any work done to my home and they provide companies to come to your home a give free estimates. A sales rep named Sean called me from ALL STARS BUILDERS offering to come to my house for a free estimate. He arrived and asked me what I wanted to do. I told him initially to remove my living room carpet and lay tile flooring. He said he could do more, so I told him about removing carpets from 3 bedrooms and place vinyl tiling in 2 bed rooms and changing carpet in the master bedroom. Also lighting in my kitchen to be changed to recessed lighting and also in my den. He then threw in changing the stair's railing from wood to metal. He quoted me $26,000. After telling him I could not afford at that price at the moment, he insisted I could get financing. Without a definite approval for financing, he began the work almost immediately. I paid $1000 down payment fee, $300 finance application fee, and spent over $2000 buying the tiles myself. Well I didnt get financed for the total $26000, he then asked for $9000 out of my pocket right away to pay his laborers. I didnt pay and he said he would work on getting me approved for more money. He finshed the rooms, and living room. When asked about repairing the holes in the dry wall from installing the recessed lighting he said no because I didnt pay the laborers.
In all, beware of his contract wording and dont let him begin work without knowing if you've been approved for financing., I recommend not accepting package deals from this company and make sure you are approved from financing before you let him begin working.

I wanted to do the landscaping for a while and saw my neighbors doing it with All Stars so I got the business card from them. They sent out Leeroy to provide the estimate, which was reasonable and in my budget. They were able to start right away the day after and finished quickly within 7 days .
