I did not speak to any employees except for the office manager. Thank you for not getting back to me. I found several roofing companies that were cheaper and had better reputations, they were rated five stars. Infinite Roofing did a fine job.

Poor customer service, attitude and response time after calling about a roof leak 11 months after paying for a new roof. It seems this company is more interested in the big jobs and less when it comes to service and repairs. They show no loyalty to their customers. Now, 2 years later I have yet another roof leak, which after a thorough interior/exterior inspection, was determined to be from poor workmanship when the new roof was laid. Having to come out of pocket a few thousand dollars for this repair is extremely upsetting and disappointing.

Check out the showroom with 8 Roof manufacturers on display instead of a guy showing up pushing 1 product which is always gonna be the biggest profit cheap material.
