Be ware of this company and their work ethics, they overcharge the Soldiers and do a poor job. They use low budget materials and do not complete the work. They bill you for services and work that was not performed

This is by far one of the worst and most unethical companies in El Paso. They reroofed my in-laws home, but failed to correct the underlying structural damage, even though it was specified in the contract. They refuse to call for inspection, so their final payment was witheld pending inspection. My inlaws finally called and paid for the city inspection. The inspector would not even walk on the section roof that needed repair as it was evident that it was structurally unsound. They issued lens on the property, but will not properly repair the roof. Absolutely criminal behavior.

Very dishonest company. I worked for them and was promised 10% comission on my sales. I was paid 4% and when I asked the sales manager Eddie why I wasn't paid my full commission he never responded. If they can treat their sales reps that way, how do you think they will treat their customers...

Do not do business with Allstar Roofing. They will attempt to trick you and harass you into making poor decisions that will leave you broke. First, don't sign anything. But how he gets around it is by having you initial the documentation of what the repairs will be. Kicker: You have only 3 days to decide if you want to go with him. However, contacting him will take more than 3 days then boom! you are stuck with him.
Next, he will appear to be helpful. He will submit a claim which is a lot higher than what the insurance will pay out. In my case, $8000 for a $5000 job back in 2015. The insurance rep laughed at the request and he knew of Rick and his highball tactics. He also told me that my insurance will not honor the submission. Then Rick said he will type a letter demanding my insurance will pay for the cost. However, after no answer, Rick said I should pay out of pocket and take my insurance company to court to get a reimbursement. At this point, I said screw it. How can I sue my insurance company? That was the last straw.
Rick sent harassing letter of debt collection from his lawyer stating I owed him for cancellation without 3-day notice. I sent letters back threatening to sue him for harassment and for the stupidity of his case. Then, he said he filed a lien against my house. However, I searched county and city records for any documentation of this action. I did not find any lien documents. Plus, he sent what I would consider copies but since I did find any official documents, would his copies be forgeries? I finally moved out of my house and I did not receive a single report of any liens that would have prevented me from selling my house. I am so glad and relieved I got away from that crook. Stay away from him

Ridiculously horrible company. Buyer BEWARE! $7000. plus to re-roof our house. First time there was a hard rain we still had leaks all over. Rick sent a guy to check out the problem, even though it was a year + since the original work was ""done"". I guess he didn't tell his guy they (All Star) had done the prior roofing job. His employee got off my roof, showed me pictures of the roof and told me I needed to re-roof!?! Checked with the city and they never even filed the final inspection. Wish I had investigated this company more before hiring them. Have heard of numerous horrible reviews after our mistake. Con artists.

Highly questionable business practices to say the least. I had dealt with the insurance and then all star gave an estimate after I had settled with the insurance company. Once they found out the insurance company was paying more they sent a new invoice for a higher amount. KFOX did investigation on them for other unscrupulous business practices in 2015. BBB has a laundry list of complaints against them as well.

I am extremely disappointed with this company. We paid the $5700 the day they started what was suppose to be a 1- 1 1/2 day job; however the job took 4 days. The one person doing the work brought his wife with him day 2,3, and 4... they took the bag of trash, but left the skid the materials were delivered on. Not only did they not clean up, but they managed to damage the line for our telephone and internet. At&t informed us that this will be an expense that comes out of our pockets as well. Furthermore, the worker's wife had another female and young boy show up here as well. How is this considered a professional work ethic? The only positive there is about the entire experience was with the initial sales person. Sad that a company is more interested in screwing people over, rather than being an honest company.

One year later the roof still leaks and they will not honor their warranty.

Very poor quality of work. Inexperienced or low skilled employees. Also left messes everywhere!

Do not use.
