My metal roof was put on a few weeks ago. Joel was really nice and was quick to give me my estimate and get his crew out. The crew kept my yard clean. I am really happy with my new roof. It looks great and now my neighbor is in the works of getting her a new roof from All Star as well.

Joel and All Star Roof Systems came to my rescue after Hurricane Harvey threw tree limbs onto my roof. Honest, dependable, reliable and true to their estimates!!!! The crews hit the ground and worked quickly, efficiently and cleaned up my yard, front and back, at the end of each day. It was a difficult job in that they had to remove not only my existing aluminum shingled roof but also the original shingled roof under the aluminum shingles, as well as re-deck the entire roof. My texts (not too many) to both Joel and his crew chief, Rolando, were always answered in a very timely manner. This is the best roofing company in the region!!!

The crew at All Star did a good job on our new metal roof it looks great. The problem was communication. Not one person on the crew were able to speak English which was frustrating when we needed information about the job. The crew were to arrive on a Monday but, there was an issue with the material. It was not a real issue but rather than calling me to give a heads up I had to call them for information. Also the crew did not show up near the end of the job and again I had to call, as All Star does not seem to think it necessary to contact you when there are changes in the operation. Other than the communication issues the roof is up and looking good.
