Our roof needed to be replaced, age and some minor leaking were the cause. We also wanted to replace a skylight. I had spoken with three other roofing representatives before hiring All South. Their representative/project manager was knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. He promised a written estimate and it was emailed later the same day. We picked the color, they ordered the materials, GAF, and we had the job scheduled.

The project manager informed me of the material ordering status, double-checked to order the correct skylight, and showed up with his crew later to plan the job. The company owner and the manager showed up to look over the job as well. Our location is on a hillside and difficult to access. The job and materials were scheduled, the material arrived on time and the work commenced on time.

The areas around the house where the old roofing materials would land were well protected. The crew showed up on time and got right to work. The crew had fantastic work ethics, keep busy the entire time, and cleaned up after themselves. The job took two days to complete. The new roof looks great, all the stack jacks were replaced and they even repainted the chimneys. The final cost was as estimated, including two sheets of replacement roof sheeting. A written receipt and warranty were also provided when we settled the contract.

Kevin, the owner, sent a team to install/wrap aluminum on my garage door opening. They had to fix the mistakes another contractor made. Their workmanship was impeccable. They responded quickly to my request. Did the work quickly and efficiently, and for a very reasonable price. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I have used All South in the past but will not use them again. I had four windows installed. Measurements were taken promptly. The windows were dropped off at the house but the installer did not show and did not call. When the installer did come out, they were not equipped to install the window and they had not measured one window appropriately. The crew was taken off of the install by the owner and the next installer was supposed to come out the following week but did not show, did not call and the office could not get in touch with him. The third installer completed the job. Overall, the windows sat outside for three weeks. After the first installer attempted to install one window, there was a gap between the trim and the window leaving the house open to the elements and bugs for days before they came and covered the opening. The trim work around our windows was replaced but not painted to match (brown trim on a grey house). There was poor communication through the installation and, overall, I am very unhappy with the results.
