In desperate need of new roofs both were over 26 year old and one was leaking. I called a friend of mine and she recommended Tim and All Sierra roof. From the day I contacted him until the day the job was done there were updates, on time delivery services. You new the customer and the customer's top were top priority. His employees were amazing not only did they work in an efficient and expeditious manner they left the property in pristine condition. I have already recommended Tim and his company to several people and will continue to do so. I give All Sierra Roof a 5 star rating.

Over 10 years ago Tim of All Sierra Roof put on a new roof, it was fast work and well done. Part of the flat roof was done in a membrane. Unfortunately, it has a shorter lifespan and the last wind storm did a little bit damage, not much because the original construction was good but the wind and rain was extremely strong and the slight damage was enough to cause a leak. We called Tim, he was out the next day and we are on his schedule to get this repaired. I highly recommend Tim!

We woke up this morning to a horrible roof leak in our master bath. We called All Sierra Roof, who replaced our roof a few years ago. They were out to our house by 7 am (on a Saturday) and located the source of the roof leak. They will remedy the situation today and we can breathe a sigh of relief as we see rain predicted for the next few days.

You need to have the work to be done written down in itemized form, misunderstanding and color choices must be writtin and signed, the gutters were good but the downspout in 2 places were incomplete, and fell off when i touched them,
Replaced screws on my metal roof and didnt tell me how many, charged me 4500+ alittle expensive

My mother was treated very badly by Tim when he replaced her roof and gutters. She is currently having work done to her house and they found that Tim never completed the gutters he was paid to replace previously. In fact there is 40 feet of gutter missing and down spouts missing. She called Bruce Kelly Gutters who came right out, got the job done in a timely and polite manner.

We have tried to contact and schedule work with this guy 10+ times and he has flaked every time. We wanted to give him a job and lived with each of his numerous ""reasons"" for not showing...until now. If he doesn't want the work he should just tell us ahead of time instead of wasting our time.

**WARNING!!** I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!! Tim Thornhill installed covered gutters on our home. At the time he sold them to us, he said ""nothing will ever get in these gutters, and if something does I will come clean them out for free."" The cost of this gutter project was many thousands of dollars.

Our gutters are FULL of acorns and other debris. So full, that the gutter system no longer works the way it should. The whole purpose of buying these covered gutters from Tim was so that we didn't have to get up on our 2 story roof and clean them out. I called Tim about this and he said ""I'll clean out the gutters for $95 -- to cover my gas"". Wow -- $95 for gas! He must have a vehicle that gets 1 mile to the gallon.

I called back and agreed. I had to leave a voicemail message because he didn't answer. He never returned my call. I've called many times over the past month. EVERY TIME I now call he says ""I'm driving"" and asks me to email him and he'll get back to me. Tim NEVER returns calls or replies to emails.

Two days ago he told me he would be at my house this morning to clean out the gutters (and I was willing to pay the $95). Tim NEVER SHOWED up to the appointment.

Tim's website for All Sierra Roof Company, Inc. says their associations and memberships are:
Western States Roofing Contractors Assoc.
National Roofing Contractor Assoc.
The Better Business Bureau
I checked all 3 associations for Tim Thornhill's personal name and the All Sierra Roof Company name and NONE of these associations have him listed with their organizations!

Tim is obviously NOT an honest or honorable person and businessman. Definitely find someone for whatever work you are considering having Tim do for you!

If I could rate him with ZERO stars I would. Tim isn't even worthy of the one star I have to give him!
