We needed to get our skylights replaced after heavy winds knocked one down. They provided a free in home estimate and took detailed pictures and notes, followed by a verbal and then emailed quote for 3 options. We went for the full service option that included replacing our skylights and doing a roof tune up. On the day of the job, they came prepared and were done in 4 hours as anticipated. Professional, good follow through!

Bryan explained everything clearly on what needs to be done and how much it would cost. They came on the agreed day and did everything professionally. My husband went up the roof to checked and he was happy with their work (hubby is very OCD).

Had great luck with All Service. They were able to come out for estimate quickly and got repairs done within a few days. This was following a heavy rain and I know they were busy so I really appreciated them making it possible to get my work done too. Bryan and his dad were easy to work with, organized and made us feel good about hiring them. Pricing was reasonable (did have significantly higher quote from competitor) and workers that were here did a great job tidying up. Highly recommend!

After getting estimates with other companies,
I decided to hire All Service Roofing because they offered me Not only The Best Price but they included Any Wood in the price that needed to be Replaced in the total Estimate which none of the other companies were Willing to do for me.
I Needed to stay within my budget and could not afford to have additional cost for replacement of wood .

It was very important for me to get a Long Warranty Life on Materials and Workmanship and All Service Roofing Offered The Longest on both.
They put down all Owens Corning Materials.
Their Cleanup Everyday was Impeccable.

They did an awesome refelt, relaying of my tile and power wash on my home in Mission Viejo. They were on time, professional and done when they said they would be. I have and will continue to recommend this company. Don't be fooled by other companies that are late, have excuses or never show up to even look at your project. These guys were right there when they said they would be, I signed that same day and within a week my roof was finished.

All I can say is that I was in disbelieve at how many unprofessional roofing companies there are. Surprisingly the bigger ones! I got five estimates for my roof and only three companies actually got on the roof to measure! And only 2 showed me all their products. Most came out and just told me a price without explaining anything other than the basic procedure.
Frank and Bryan from ASR took the time (themselves) to measure my roof down the square foot. They weren't salesmen like every other company, they're roofers. They patiently went over all my options, upgrades and what they include. Once I narrowed down my colors they drove back to their warehouse and brought me full size sheets of the roof to make sure I was happy with the color I chose (Mojave). No other company took more than 15-20 mins with me. ASR took over an hour and answered questions I had after meeting with some other companies which I appreciated because this is a huge purchase. Their pricing was so good I was able to do gutters and 100% new facia boards. They arrived promptly everyday as scheduled. They did the job in the least amount of time as quoted by other companies with the best price. The roof came out amazing! Multiple neighbors have asked about the company that did my roof because of how amazing it looks!

WOW, 5 stars all the way. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I had message 6 different roofing companies and many people were not very responsive. My roof exhaust vent cap blew off during the Santa Ana winds. It looked like my developer California Lactic Homes never put in any screws to secure this in place. RIght away Bryan responded and ask me for pictures and gave me a quote. Others that responded would not give me a quote unless they came out to look in person. I sent them all pictures so it was annoying that they had to come see it for themselves. Due to rain coming Monday I wanted to have this fixed.
They were extremely professional and absolutely careful with the tiles and also did a free roof inspection. Everything was in great shape including my roof and tiles. They took the extra step and bolted it down with 4 screws to make sure it will never fall off again. I am extremely happy because they were able to come right out and fix this. They were fast to respond. It made all the difference for me and I would highly recommend them. If you're looking to have your roof worked on or other repairs done on your roof you will be very badly with the service. Thank you again! You made my day.

Great customer service. I was looking for roof replacement services and came across All Service Roofing. We did our research and they came in at a very competitive price compared to some other quotes we got. I also like that Frank was on time for the quote and explained in detail the process. They were able to start right away and even got the permit the same day that I signed with them. They showed up on time every morning and cleaned up after they left. They repaired all the wood damage and painted the fascia boards that they replaced. They communicated well with what needed to be done every day and sent me prompt invoice payment receipts. It only took 3 days and they left my satellite dish on so that I could watch tv until the very last minute so that I wouldn't be inconvenienced. Our roof looks so great. Would totally recommend this company if you need roofing services.

I was looking for a roofing company to remove a skylight and replace it with roof tile that matches a 38 year roof.
I asked for estimates and All Service Roofing was one of five contractors that responded. They responded the same day, some of which didn't. They were able to come out very quickly and provided a reasonable quote and even offered to add on some work that I was not asking for without additional charges. They provided a detailed written quote with pictures. I also asked them to provide me with a sample of the rule they were going to use to fill in the space where the skylight use to be. They were able to provide a PERFECT match.
In the end, they completed the work quickly, were very reasonable and extremely professional throughout the process.
Some roofing companies seem to fly by the seat of their pants. All Service Roofing was completely opposite. In the end, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if need be.
