Short Review:
A family run business that excels in customer service. Quote for very fair and competitive to other roofing companies. Overall, very happy with the work. Bryan, our main contact, is very knowledgeable, communitive, and thorough. His brother, Steven, and crew were professional and courteous. Don't let the ""80"" reviews deter you, they are great!

Long Review:
I got about four bids for my roof. We ended up going with All Service Roofing because of Bryan's knowledge, communication, and thoroughness. Bryan took the time to not only look at the roof, but he inspected the inside attic to ensure his bid was accurate. When he presented the quote, I was a little shocked by the price point. When I inquired about the price, he told me it's a family run business. We had some unexpected rain and the crew made sure to cover everything up. The roof took about three days to finish. Upon finishing, we a few things to address. Bryan ensured the crew came back to finish he final touches. All in all, a great roofing company that ensured everything went smoothly!

I needed a new roof for my newly purchased home, as part of an agreement with a co investor. My RE had another company do an inspection. This company sent me an estimate. I called them several times. The owner never responded. I needed to get the roof done by late March per the agreement. After two weeks of not getting back to me, I looked at other roofing companies on yelp. I found All Service and gave them a call. I'm so glad I did. They responded right away and gave me an estimate that was two third's the price of the other estimate. They told me it would take two days to replace the roof. It was done in two days. Frank and Bryan communicated well and were very responsive. I also got the permit from the city. It often isn't easy to find a roofing company that provides good service, integrity with reasonable prices. I feel very fortunate that I happened to call All Service and would highly recommend them. Even the roof inspector told me (when he came to inspect the roof) that he thought they were a great company.

Last week I had my old shake roof torn off and replaced with a new triple ply asphalt shingle. All Service Roofing did an excellent job from beginning to end! They showed up the first day with an army of hard workers and got the entire job done in less than 3 full days. They were very good with keeping me posted before/during/after the work was complete. I would HIGHLY Recommend using these guys!!!

They repaired a section of roof that leaked during the December deluge. The original roofers know as Reliable Roofing were terrible and we choose to pay someone else rather than deal with them again for a warranty repair that would have likely leaked again if it every rains hard again. These guys came as scheduled for the quote and repair, and when they left I had no mess to clean up unlike ""not so reliable roofing"" who always left a huge mess. Wish I knew Frank and his family before I could have saved a lot of money and been much happier with this much needed reroof project.

I researched 5 different roofing vendors and some were over $16k more than the estimate I received from ASR for the same materials, fascia and shiplap replacement, ridge vents and O'hagin vents. We had to wait a couple of weeks as they were booked up but it was well worth the wait. The teardown and replacement were fast and efficient and the quality of work was excellent. Kudos to the ASR team for doing a fantastic job.

Mr. Vasquez did a great job on our roof. The roofer who did our house before we bought it made some mistakes that were not obvious at the time we were buying the house. Mr. Vasquez immediately identified the problem areas before we told him about it. He takes pride in using the best materials and getting the job done right. He also has a big crew so the entire job got done in three days.

I requested a quote through Yelp for a new roof and new fascia boards. ASR was one of the companies we received a quote from. Frank came by the house to meet with me and offered a competitive quote. Review isn't for the service of the roofing itself, but Bryan's dependability and reliability. We had gotten into a fender, and luckily just needed some repairs. Bryan was very cooperative and tried to deescalate the situation as much as possible, while also making everything a much smoother experience.
