I recently had a solar power system installed which required that a section of our roof's light-weight concrete tiles be replaced by shingle. All Seasons Roofing & Waterproofing were subcontracted by the solar system installer to do the singles. This required multiple visits by the solar installers and the roofers to remove the concrete tiles, install the singles and solar panel mounting system, install the panels, then back fill the concrete tiles to match the footprint of the solar panels, all with multiple visits from roofing and electrical inspectors.

Over all, the All Seasons team did an excellent job, they were very professional, fast and did a great job of working with the solar system installers to get the job done with minimum disruption. They kept me fully informed of what was happening at every stage, working around the recent rain to get everything done as quickly as possible. I work from home and if it wasn't for the unavoidable hammering on the roof I would not have known they were here.

The job site was tied-up every day, and when they left the only sign that they had ever been here was a single length of plastic ribbon that had been missed in the final clean up.

All Seasons Roofing did a repair for a section of my roof after a leak. The crew did a thorough job and were friendly and helpful. Our HOA has used All Seasons several times for roof leak repairs and have always been pleased with the results.

We paid them $30,000 to replace our leaking roof and calk our skylight. After the work was done, the roof continued to leak. When we told them about the problem they inspected the roof then refused to fix it, despite having given us a 10 year warrantee. They claimed it was not their fault. The leak has now caused water damage inside the house. Unfortunately, it's very likely we will be forced to sue them over this matter. What a hassle. Stay away from this company.

They have been a pleasure to work with! A little slow at times, but when things lag you can call the nice receptionist Melissa and she is usually very helpful. Our company has worked with All seasons for longer than I've been around. I can't see any reason they would have anything but positive reviews. I would reccomend them to anyone.

I should have revised this review about a month ago, my apologies. After a few weeks after posting my initial review on Yelp and working directly with Johnny, the company made things right and finally got my AC working again. They sent the HVAC company they first contracted back out to follow up and discovered the line had been overcharged due to a miscommunication issue. I do think things could have been better handled, but in the end, they made it right and that's what counts.

This was a large Pacifica townhouse community roof replacement project that this company was not equipped to handle.

Poor management, poor communication, poor notice, work delays, lack of supervision, multiple safety violations (e.g., parking in fire lanes), debris left everywhere including hazardous nails, hazards left on top of roofs over walkways, incomplete work, damage to the property and personal property in garages, etc.

These are just some complaints from the work done on our townhouse community. Overall, the communication, execution, and follow up on the roofing project was poor. I would not recommend this company to anyone. It seems like they were just trying to get in and out of this large project as soon as possible with little regard for quality of work and customer satisfaction.

Cameron John spent nearly an hour educating me about roofs over the phone the first time I called up All Seasons Roofing. After searching 7 or 8 different roofing companies I decided to have All Seasons Roofing do the job. The CertainTeed Landmark TL Shenendoah is a great looking roof. Cameron recommended it and spent time explaining and showing me the pros and cons of different types of roofs. They were also able to take payment with a credit card which was a huge plus. It saved me money because my credit card has a 0% interest rate for 2 years. That literally saved me thousands of dollars in interest charges. I am sure the new roof and new gutters will work just as well as they look. Hopefully, I can find out sooner than later. It has not really rained since they installed the roof in June. I recommend using All Seasons Roofing because Cameron John, Moses, and Vicky were friendly and honest. I trust if I need them in the future regarding my roof/gutters they will not leave me waiting and/or overcharge. Many neighbors have commented about our new roof. We get nothing but compliments. I have told them to call Cameron at All Seasons Roofing because many of my neighbors need a new roof. I wish Cameron and everyone at All Seasons Roofing all the best!
