This company was the most professional company I have contacted for getting bids on my roof! Mr john was not only on time but was VERY polite and very knowledgable ! I received a call within 2 hours. I will not be doing business with All Seasons Roofing. I tried to make an appointment, but the estimator never called me back. When I called again, the manager Cameron assured me that he would personally take care of me and made an appointment to come out and give me an estimate on a new roof. The day before our appointment, Cameron called and rescheduled me with another adjustor (so I was not getting his personal attention). That appointment came and went because the guy never showed up! I called Cameron twice and left messages to confirm the appointment and to find out if they were still coming, and no call back! With that kind of horrible customer service I don't know how All Seasons Roofing stays in business and how Cameron continues to be a manager there! My gut is saying to run the other way, and fast! You should too!

I have only the best review for All Seasons Roofing - they did an excellent job with my reroofing. They responded to all my calls, explained the process, charged me a fair price, and finished the job on time, even working through the weekend! I especially want to commend Craig Lucas and his crew who worked on my roof for their exceptional work. If you ever need to repair your roof, this is the place to call!

I called them looking to have some broken tiles on my roof repaired. They were very nice on the phone and told me they'd have an estimator call me that day. The estimator never called me.

I've tried to contact them five times over the space of a month and have never had an estimator call.

I won't be doing business with them in any form in the future.

All Seasons Roofing purchased Elliott And Elliott Roofing of Oakland CA. Elliott and Elliott installed a faulty roof on my garage that has been leaking since it was installed. All Seasons will not honor the warranty, even though they purchased the company. This is not an honest business.

All Season did a wonderful job with our roof. We were given professional and knowledgeable service. The roof looks great and would recommend the company. All our questions were answered and taken care of if needed. They installed a sun tunnel and did a great job. The task was to take four days, but ended up going a few extra days. Even though the workers cleaned up every night, I found nails that had to be picked up. They were very kind to pay for the repair when a nail got into one of our tires! We would recommend All Season Roofing to do your roof.
