We paid them $30,000 to replace our leaking roof and calk our skylight. After the work was done, the roof continued to leak. When we told them about the problem they inspected the roof then refused to fix it, despite having given us a 10 year warrantee. They claimed it was not their fault. The leak has now caused water damage inside the house. Unfortunately, it's very likely we will be forced to sue them over this matter. What a hassle. Stay away from this company.

They have been a pleasure to work with! A little slow at times, but when things lag you can call the nice receptionist Melissa and she is usually very helpful. Our company has worked with All seasons for longer than I've been around. I can't see any reason they would have anything but positive reviews. I would reccomend them to anyone.

I should have revised this review about a month ago, my apologies. After a few weeks after posting my initial review on Yelp and working directly with Johnny, the company made things right and finally got my AC working again. They sent the HVAC company they first contracted back out to follow up and discovered the line had been overcharged due to a miscommunication issue. I do think things could have been better handled, but in the end, they made it right and that's what counts.

This was a large Pacifica townhouse community roof replacement project that this company was not equipped to handle.

Poor management, poor communication, poor notice, work delays, lack of supervision, multiple safety violations (e.g., parking in fire lanes), debris left everywhere including hazardous nails, hazards left on top of roofs over walkways, incomplete work, damage to the property and personal property in garages, etc.

These are just some complaints from the work done on our townhouse community. Overall, the communication, execution, and follow up on the roofing project was poor. I would not recommend this company to anyone. It seems like they were just trying to get in and out of this large project as soon as possible with little regard for quality of work and customer satisfaction.

Cameron John spent nearly an hour educating me about roofs over the phone the first time I called up All Seasons Roofing. After searching 7 or 8 different roofing companies I decided to have All Seasons Roofing do the job. The CertainTeed Landmark TL Shenendoah is a great looking roof. Cameron recommended it and spent time explaining and showing me the pros and cons of different types of roofs. They were also able to take payment with a credit card which was a huge plus. It saved me money because my credit card has a 0% interest rate for 2 years. That literally saved me thousands of dollars in interest charges. I am sure the new roof and new gutters will work just as well as they look. Hopefully, I can find out sooner than later. It has not really rained since they installed the roof in June. I recommend using All Seasons Roofing because Cameron John, Moses, and Vicky were friendly and honest. I trust if I need them in the future regarding my roof/gutters they will not leave me waiting and/or overcharge. Many neighbors have commented about our new roof. We get nothing but compliments. I have told them to call Cameron at All Seasons Roofing because many of my neighbors need a new roof. I wish Cameron and everyone at All Seasons Roofing all the best!

We are having tremendous difficulty with our job supervisor in San Rafael. Twice he has scheduled afternoon appointments at our house which we have foregone evening plans for to wait for him to no avail. Today he was supposed to come visit after demolition. Appointment scheduled at 4pm. No show. Called him on his cell - he rescheduled for 6:30. No show. Called his cell at 7:30 and he is not answering. He indicated he wanted to review demo prior to starting work (to assess potential dry rot - etc). Should we tell construction crew tomorrow to sit and wait and not start work until he gets here?

UPDATE - Much better this morning. Supervisor showed up and was very thorough in communicating. Work quality is good - just the communication part that has been bad. Upgrading rating from 1-3 stars.

Hello everyone, This company has gone through some changes with their staffs since 2013. They have been working on my roofing for quite a few times due to multiple leaks of an old aged roof. I do not look at the past of this company but the future. I believe the new management now is superior. I have spoken to the receptionist Marlene, she is very helpful with great patience whenever I called and the staff Vicky passed all the massages to the right contact. Once I got through the phone, it was Production Manager Johny Orosco who did not ask me one question, just asking "" Can I come to your house tomorrow at 10am to check your roof?"" That Surprise me greatly. Johnny spent a right amount of time to figure it out where the leak caused with one or two possibility and followed up with a immediate schedule repair. The repair guys were send the following week. Those guys know exactly what to do and find the leak area as much as Johnny suggested. After repair was done, this time they tested with water for a good time before the guys know for sure the roof would not leak any longer. Now I have to say that no matter how big rain comes, I can rest without worries while I am sleeping. Here I want to express my gratitude to all the staff in All Seasons Roofing! Hope the new management will make home owner's dream come true!

I wish that they had negative STAR for this....All Seasons Roofing & Waterproofing DON'T deserve my ONE star!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For those of you that they don't call back to set a consultation appointment, you are one of the luck few! I bought my house in August of 2014 and All Seasons Roofing installed the roof in 2005 and it leaked in Feb 2015. I made several attempts to contact them and FINALLY they sent someone to look at my roof. They immediately put the blame on my Solar installer (or course!) and showed me its before picture of my roof (Look idiots, it is new so there should not be anything wrong with it!!!!!). I had 10 different reputable roofing companies to come to my house to take a look at it and ALL said that the gap on the ridge is wider than it should be to support the shingles (I will try to get the picture from my roofing insurance company to show you guys how it looks so you guys know what I mean) and that's why the ridge bend over time. All of these roofers were scratching their heads and in AWE of why do they install them like that!!!!!!!!!. All Seasons Roofing is still denying such an accusation, OF COURSE!!! First, they blamed it on the solar installer; however, the previous owner installed the Solar Systems right after she installed the new roof. Second, they said that if the gaps were too wide, why didn't it leaked soon after they installed it? Are they for real?! New things don't break that fast; things break overtime when they didn't get done right in the first time and that is....they cut the gap too wide and overtime it eventually cave in due to the rain and weather factors. The reason why I know that they are LYING is because luckily I was able to locate the Roofing Manufacturer from the previous owner (GAF)so they sent their rep. out and he himself also in shock of why they left such a big gap on the ridge. Thank god that the insurance is paying for All Seasons Roofing's POOR workmanship. BTW, did I also tell you guys that almost of the ridge was bent and they all bent in a perfect and same shape? Uhm, this makes me wonder if there were 10 Solar installers who weighted 600lbs each were doing the River Dance on the top of my ridge for a long period time to make the ridge bent almost evenly???!!!!!!!!!!!!! It very sad to see companies like this can rip off consumers and still get away murder. There should have a law to regulate them from doing this to consumers. My advice to you guys is: do more research before committing. If you guys know any lawyer or are a lawyer, do you think that I can take them to court and win the case? I am not trying to gain any monetary from them I just want bring them to justice so that others like myself don't have to be their next victim. I don't believe in bad mouthing businesses but I sure that they deserve this review (this is my first and only review on any Social Network). I feel VERY mistreated as a customer. The funny thing is that the same guy that hung up on me had the audacity to reach out to me and shared with me the good news that my insurance will pay for the damage as if I did not know that already. He acted as though his company and him had helped me with that process and he were very friendly and nice to me, but I told him that I will make sure to tell my insurance company to not allow them to work on my roof when the approval goes through and I hung up on him. Apparently, I then got a not so nice response from him on this thread. Go figure!

Like many reviewers' posts say STAY AWAY FROM All Seasons Roofing & Waterproofing. Think about this.... they have several reviews and MOST of them are terrible ones so why even bother to give them even the slightest chance of your business? Better yet, ask those who gave them high reviews to see if they have any trouble of recalling them back when they have problem with the roof? Also, their potential customers wrote them bad reviews and they are NOT even their customer, yet!!!! Don't you think that should speak volume about their business practice? Everything is great when nothing goes wrong but their true color shows when you needed their professional help and that's when they let you hang dry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
