Elmer and his team were outstanding to work with from start to finish. Elmer showed up promptly for a estimate meeting, and delivered a quote as promised on time. All Seasons pricing was below my other two vendor quotes. I had two personal friends give a high recommendation for All Seasons, so I chose them. I didn't regret my decision. They showed up as scheduled, and the lead kept me updated each day on their progress. Each day everything was cleaned up and put away. They even trimmed a couple tree branches hanging low over the roof, and blew out all leaves and debris in the garden ed's. My yard never looked better! The job was finished on time, and the City of Redding inspector arrived the following morning to sign off on the new roof. I couldn't be more pleased, or say enough great things about the superior product, service, pricing, workmanship, professionalism and commitment to meet and exceed all my expectations. This is a top notch company that runs on integrity and hard work.

Had a metal roof installed on our house and detached garage almost 4 years ago by All Seasons Roofing. Boy do we regret it. We have had nothing but problems since it was installed and the job still isn't finished. We have had multiple leaks (house and garage). Steve didn't install ice/snow deflectors so our chimneys leaked the first year.The second year the chimney was torn completely off the house roof because he put too small of an ice deflector. We had a leak into our garage into our electrical box(the boot there collapsed due to no ice deflector Steve was supposed to install). We have loud ""booming"" sounds from the ice defector he did install on the house chimney area(installed under stress). He has come up to work on the roof three times. Each time he came he didn't have the equipment or paint to finish the job. It takes repeated phone calls to get Steve to come finish the work which at the four year mark isn't done! Steve gave us a five year warranty that he would fix the roof after the installation. The roof on the garage still isn't finished and the booming ice deflector needs to be properly installed. I do not want to paint the damaged walls until the roof is completely fixed! I will update this review if/when our roof is fixed and finished.

I wanted to let people know how great these guys are. Steve, Elmer and the crew are and amazing team. We live in Paradise,CA and recommend them to any area they provide service. We had 110 degree temps during the install. It never slowed them down. Great trustworthy folks that provide years of experience to the customer. Thank you to you guys. The roof made it through the camp fire and actually may have saved our home.

I have a low slope roof over my patio that began leaking last year. I received several quotes from local roofers, who wanted to replace the roof that leaked with another one just like it (torch down). I found out that those types of roofs only last up to 7 years, even if the material is guaranteed for 30! I contacted All Seasons Roofing. Elmer was prompt and professional. I explained that I didn't want a torch down roof. Elmer offered affordable alternatives. It's been a year now and even after the snow and rain in the area, my den roof doesn't leak! I really appreciated their promptness, professionalism and reliability. I plan on contracting with them again to get the rest of my roof fixed when I have funds. I contacted the company mid-morning to ask for an estimate on a leaky roof. The gentleman stated he would have someone check it out and would get back to me early in the afternoon with the estimate. At 4pm, I called the office and left a message requesting a return call. The following morning, I did the same. It's now 3pm the next day with no return phone call and a bucket full of water in my bathroom.

We hired them to reroof a house in redding. They did a great professional job and we were very happy with their services. Elmer and Steve are the owners and they are onsite much of the time to make sure the job is done right. I would use them again.
