This company was contracted to come out to our apartments, not a huge complex, 6 units total, to fix some roofing shingles. I thought they were extremely unprofessional. I don't know what kind of company doesn't announce they're on the premises and about to start banging on the roof like it's ww3. Not only that, but when you have personal driveways with your vehicle sitting there, who thinks it's ok to bring their equipment into the driveway by your car and not even ask or say anything? I would not recommend them at all to anyone. I would expect people dealing with other peoples properties to know better. Extremely disappointed.

To the point: First, it took two days to get a call back. Second, I was told that someone would arrive in an hour; however, after three hours still no show, no communication as to why they are late or not coming!
I would not trust my roof to this company. If this is prospective client communication, then what kind of incomplete work would be done. I do not trust them and will NOT use. It saddens me to state this, but others need to know before committing to hiring the job.

All Seasons Roofing put a complete new flat roof on one part of our house. Since then it has leaked 4 times in the exact same place. Three times Gary has came out and said he had fixed it but that is not true, it leaked again for the 4th time. Last week Gary said he would be out to fix it before Friday. He never called or showed up. Saturday morning Gary called said someone would be here to fix it after 2:00. No one came so I called Gary at 4:30, he said his guys were stuck on the freeway, that he would call me on Sunday night or Monday morning & give me a 2 hour window when he would be here on Monday. Nope never heard from him, I called him today Monday at 10:30 and he says he will be here tomorrow at 10:00. Lets see if that happens.

A very good company. Our experience with Gary was friendly and professional from the beginning. His attention to detail was awesome. He finished our patio roof about a week before his original completion date. We highly recommend him and his crew.

He gave me an estimate on my back patio roof repair and not only was he cheaper than 5 other companies, but he gave me an estimated time frame as to when he would be finished and he was spot on.
