The care and communication is superb. They do exactly what they commit to, within the agreed upon timeliness and budget as promised. On a 5-star scale they get 10! If your a person that doesn't trust contractors, you will love All Seasons Roofing. Integrity is everything and that thier core principle in my experience.

Bottom line - The price is good the quality is not. They did an incredibly sloppy job. I do not recommend and felt compelled to share my experience since there are so few reviews on a company that has been around for a long time (odd.)

In getting estimates for a full roof replacement, All Seasons Roofing provided a bid. The bid was lower than the other bids which definitely contributed to my decision but what really made me go with All Seasons Roofing was Juan and Vanessa. I got a good feeling. Father and daughter business, understated, and really seemed to know their stuff. In a follow up meeting, I selected the color of the shingles and secured the date.

They arrived on the date scheduled and started the work. It ended up being a three day job, which was fine. What was not fine was the quality of the finished product. There was roof debris including nails all over the place including in bushes, trees, the front porch, the back yard - everywhere! There were several places were you could see the top of the nail (not a good sign), more concerning -- the finished roof just didn't look like a new roof. We called Juan and Vanessa and asked them to come back out as we had some concerns. They agreed to clean up the debris stating they had left early the last day (although I had specified when scheduling them that one of them would be there the entire job), to replace the shingles where nails were showing. Their explanation of the damage and scuff marks and general disheveled appearance of the ""new"" roof was that it had been a hot day and there were 5 guys on the roof. Um, what? I'm not the one who decided either one of those and it is your job to ensure you can provide a quality product.

So the bottom line is that the finished product looks visually unappealing. It was a sloppy job. And that's a big bummer when you just spent the money for a new roof.

Update: October 2021 - The new roof leaks - unbelievable. While they were very responsive (coming out to the house in the rain, putting a tarp on the roof and returning to repair the roof) good customer service in addressing the many problems does not change the fact that I have a new roof that looks terrible and leaked. I would never recommend using this company.

I highly recommend All seasons roofing. From start to finish this company was absolutely professional, fair and accommodating. The work they produced was very efficient and very quick finishing in less than 2 days. Please don't hesitate to contact them if you have any interest in getting a new roof.

If I could give All Seasons 10 stars, I absolutely would. I love to support family owned businesses, but these guys are not only family owned, but they're professional, they communicate accurately and effectively, and do incredible work. Vanessa is amazing. She handles the business side of things with professionalism and works hard with extreme attention to detail. Their prices are very fair as well. Getting new a roof is a big decision and one that can be overwhelming, but Vanessa walked me through everything with such ease that it made it an incredibly smooth process. I highly recommend!!!

Vanessa and her team are the absolute real deal and masters at their craft. I hired ASR to help install new fascia boards and steel gutters and downspouts on my house as they came highly recommended. They were able to identify why my old gutters weren't efficiently moving water away from the house, helped me to problem solve and come up with design choices to ensure that the install stayed clean and modern. Now I have gutters that will move water away from problem areas/ certain pooling points, etc. In addition to the gutters, the team reinstalled some loose tiles, relocated wiring, removed an old satellite dish, and even repaired flashing-- all in just a day and a half-- which exceeded my expectations. This team is also fastidious about clean up, which I appreciated. They also were able to haul off all of the old materials for me. Vanessa and her team were a joy to work with, warm and extremely helpful, and this was just all around an incredible experience. I'm now an ASR customer for life! My neighbors have all been commenting how great they think the gutters look, so our whole neighborhood is enjoying the great work from ASR. Thank you Vanessa!!

Hiring All Seasons is one of the best decision I have ever made! I have an older house that was leaking and a shed that needed a new roof as well. I contacted several roofing companies to get quotes and All Seasons is the only company to keep an appointment that was set. Showing up spoke volumes to me, so they are who I hired to do our house. Juan and Vanessa are the greatest about explaining everything. From the time they gave us our quote until the time they finished my roofs, they answered every question, email and kept me filled in throughout each day. Not only are they professional but they are some of the sweetest and kindest people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I would highly recommend All Seasons to anyone looking for a roofing company. They will always be my go to for any future roofing needs.

I got a referral to All Seaons Roofing on Next Door. I'm so happy I found them!

They quickly diagnosed the source of a leak- debris in the gutter area and took care of it at no charge since it was such a small problem. I then asked them to clean out my gutters and they did the job, found some minor leaks and fixed everything at a great rate.

They are now my go to roofing company and I will happily recommend them to anyone in need!

Hiring a contractor for any job is pretty daunting and frustrating, but I can say without hesitation that hiring All Seasons Roofing was an excellent decision! I can't tell you how many roofers I contacted, and they asked for my address and phone number, then they texted me a bid without even talking to me. I am not sure how you get work like that, but I guess that works for some. I would never hire someone who I can't talk to. I also had another company just bail on me after thinking that we were on track.

So here's how it went with All Seasons: I sent a message on Yelp late Sunday night, Vanessa got back to me early Monday, and we chatted about what I needed. She showed up Tuesday morning with her crew to look at my roof and measure it. By Wednesday late morning she had a number for me, and Wednesday night she came over to my house after I got home from work with the contract, and had the permit by early Thursday morning!! The work began, and Vanessa was incredibly helpful and communicative, something that is incredibly valuable when someone is working on your house. She explained everything, she was so patient with all of my questions, and rolled with the punches as things changed, as they do when you are working on a 50+ year old house. Some of the plans we made didn't go as planned, but she took it all in stride and made everything work!

While her crew was working, Vanessa was up there on the roof working with them, and making sure everything ran smoothly. On finish day we were in a race with the rain that was looming, and they finished less than 30 minutes before the first drops started falling.

I really can't recommend this company enough! They take pride in, and stand behind their work!! That did an amazing job on my roof, and I'm so happy with the way they walked me through the process in a way that made me comfortable with what was happening. Don't let the small number of Yelp reviews fool you, this company is solid and they have been in this business for a long time! They are the real deal!!

Hey, that's my house in San Geronimo on their website. Just had my home appraised. The appraiser was very businesslike and did not comment much except to say, that's a really nice roof, and will add substantially to your value. Working with All Seasons Roofing was a pleasure. They bent over backwards to accommodate my schedule, as I had to do some repairs to the framing. They came when they said they would, they did what they said they would do. I added some venting last minute and they would not charge me extra labor to put it in. One thing that I really liked is that it is a second generation family run business, and now seems to be run by the daughter. Both the father and the daughter were on the job the whole time. The crew seemed to have a very good energy and everyone seem to be very happy and enjoying what they were doing. I highly recommend.
