Phil Quinet brings over 30 years of experience in the roofing field. He and his partners established A.L.L. Roofing Materials in San Jose in 1997, and he is still here with several of his original team and some great new talent. Phil values his role as an independent business owner in a competitive market against national chains. Phil stresses the need for excellence to his team, and it shows in the quality service they deliver to contractors and homeowners for roof systems and repairs.
