We used to go to other material companies to purchase a roofing material and had many other sales rep but no sales rep compared to John. John is an incredible individual and is willing to help at any given time.

On August 14th, I visited the ALL Roofing Materials in San Jose for roofing supplies. I was in the process of building a cat shelter for the feral cats that roam my neighborhood. Before my visit, I called and spoke to Michelle. I told her I wanted to buy a few shingles to cover an area of 4'x 4' in dimension. She told me I could come by their warehouse store and she would accommodate me. When I walked in, I noticed everyone was extremely friendly and the customer area was very clean which, in my opinion, is an indication of a solid business. As Michelle was in the inventory area retrieving my shingles, I happened to come across a gentleman who I believe was one of the owners of the company. I told him about my project of building a cat shelter and that I wanted to ensure that the rain would stay out of the structure through the use of roofing shingles. This gentlemen spent several minutes talking to me to ensure a good outcome for my project. I appreciated his interest in my small project considering the volume of their business as I based this on the size of their warehouse. I also noticed when repeat customers walked through the front door, the staff greeted them by name.

Later, Michelle returned with not only the roof shingles, but also with roofing liner and nails for my project. Michelle provided me with little amount of shingles that I needed rather than making me buy in bulk as this is how it's normally sold everywhere.

Although I do not need a roof for my home at this time, but if I ever do,
I will call ALL Roofing first. The front office staff were honest, caring and genuine. They provided me with amazing service and a great attitude for my very tiny project. They treated me like I had a placed a
multi-million dollar roofing order. I think that says A LOT about their company!

Very knowledgeable group, customer oriented. I need matching shingles to my 10 year old roof. They matched it right away and they had In stock. It was a breeze and great experience. Turns out I have purchased more than I needed. I ask them if I can bring it back they even waved the restocking! I recommend All Roofing very highly!

The Customer service when you going to purchase is very good but when it's coming to Delivery they have all the excuses brought up from nowhere... two days become one week and one week become two weeks and at the day of the delivery that was promised to arrive in the morning becomes 12 to 1pm and 12 to 1 becomes between 2 to 4 PM..

The roofers workers about five of them or more just standing and wasting time because they cannot do nothing..

By the way the order was for $31,000 .
I have better sources with better pricing.

Last time I'm purchasing roof material from them..

Overall a good place and they're knowledgeable. It is however very much so a wheel and deal type of place since they primarily deal with contractors. For example, Lowe's gave me a quote and they beat it while Darryl kept saying what a deal I was getting. He however charged retail for the ridge and every time I went back I had to keep an eye on the receipt.

I then took my brother for his order, and he gave us a quote. We went to Lowe's prior for the lumber prior to placing the order. Lowe's offered a better price, which Darryl then beat, a different of $7 a square from his initial quote. Uhmmm, don't take their word and do the back and forth for the best price.
