If I could give it no stars I would. He looked at my roof to see if it needed repairs and apparently he did after the hurricane. I called my insurance company to get a claims adjuster to come out and look at it and I told him many many many times not to touch my roof that the adjuster needs to look at it first. The next day I come out there and he's already halfway done with the roof which he did without my permission. Now he cost me a claim because I got denied because he started the job when I did not even ask him to or hire him. Now I get a letter in the mail from his attorney stating that I now have to pay him $30,000. He is a crook a thief a liar. Do not be fooled by him. Now he has the nerve to try to sue me for not paying him when I never even signed any contract to have him do work for me. He just jumped in and started the work WITHOUT my permission. He knew I wanted to contact my insurance company and he even told me that he promised he could get at least $100,000 from them that he knew how to handle the insurance company.

I found Jose Guerrero to be charming and sympathetic to my husband & I because of his ""supposedly"" understanding of disaster victims of which we were on account of Hurricane Harvey. But, he asked ever so sweetly for money up front stating that other clients weren't paying him, and we willfully complied so he could get started. Unfortunately, he became a totally different person once he had his advance. Yes, he did do repairs but nothing that could be justified for the money we gave him and agreed to pay. Beware of this soft-spoken man with a smile as big as Texas. Beware of this con man, or you will be left scratching your head in wonder at how you could have been so taken.
