After several weeks of heavy rain and strong winds, shingles were flying off our roof in sheets and we started seeing leaks on the ceiling. We were so glad to find Carlos when we did. He was super fast with with his responses. I was able to schedule a day for him to look at our roof and he and his colleague patched up the problem areas same day. Carlos has been great with communicating our options for short and long term repairs. I really appreciated his honesty about what we actually needed vs. what would be nice to have. His pricing is fair and he took time to explain what problems to anticipate in the future. We have been through some of the heaviest rain/hail storms socal has seen in decades. The patch job Carlos did is still holding up and I haven't experienced any leaks even through insane storms. Wish I had found Carlos sooner so I could recommend to others that needed to redo their roof. Highly recommend.

WTF!! Very surprised there are still good companies like this. No BS a simple 10 minute explanation of the cause, and what needed to be repaired/replaced, when it could be done and how much (thousands cheaper). The job on my water damaged roof triplex in South El Monte looks great and Carlos gave me a guarantee. If you can call him first you might save yourself headaches... recommended.

Carlos was amazing to work with, he just finished the elastomeric coating on a 20+ year old roof of my apartment building in Cathedral City. He got the job because he was the only one of the four roofers I had come out that got me up on the roof to show me around. He is a very good communicator which was extremely helpful because I don't live in town and can only visit on Mondays, he gave me regular updates and sent photos every few days. I was impressed that they got the work done in the brutal desert heat of August. They left the grounds cleaner than when they started and hauled every bit of telecom debris from the roof away. He got me back on the roof today to walk me through the work and it was really clean and nice. Carlos did all this with a very fair price.
