Be careful if you call this company to work on you roof. They do the job and if roof is still leaking and you call them back they will charge you again. Their warranty does not mean anything.

Last week was the second time All Rite Roofing saved the day in the last year. Their work is the best. Zach and Cody found a terrible leak on our roof and fixed it within an hour. They were both respectful and extremely talented. All rite roofing is more than just alright. They are excellent. If you want it done right the first time call all rite.

The crew showed up around 6:45am by 7:30am
they were done stripping her roof and by the end of the day she had a Beautiful new Roof and an added Bonus they put Roof vents in, which this house never had and when they were finished you would never know there was a huge dump truck parked up against the house! You guys did an amazing job! And it is Beautiful!

Fantastic job! The secretary was very helpful in picking tile and color. Crew tore off old roof, repaired rott, installed new gutters, completed new roof, and left my yard cleaner than when they arrived in about 8 hours. We are so happy that we chose All Rite!

I have a flat roof with lousy drainage and standing water. The roof was last coated about 8 years ago and I had painters on the roof over the summer. I had a leak that came through a ceiling light on a sunday. I called AllRite on Monday at 8 am and within a hour they had a tech out surveying and patching what he thought was leaking and was probably from a nail that popped up from the painters walking around. The next storm brought more leaks and it was probably from extremely high winds forcing the water under the flashing. Just to sure, All Rite re-flashed and re-roofed a portion of the shingled area, re-coated the area over the leak area, and felt bad that they didn't find the leak sooner. They came as soon as they were called, were friendly and work diligently to find the leak. I don't think you could ever find service like this anywhere else and I would never ever consider using anyone else. (PS) the bill was more than reasonable

Horrible customer service. I had them out to my shop last week. I explained to the tech what was going on and he seemed to understand the issue. Fast forward one week later and the leak is actually worse. I contacted All Rite first thing Monday when I returned to the shop after the weekend and found a lake below the area that was supposed to me fixed. There immediate response was we don't guarantee our work. Then she proceeded to tell me that they would come out to fix it but it would be an additional cost. At no point when booking the appointment was I told that the work was not warrantied. I also went on their website and again, nothing about their warranty policy. I can't believe that this kind of business practice still exists. Based on all of the other horrible reviews I see on them I guess I should have checked here first. The owner foolishly brags about how long he has been in business yet is incapable of patching a roof or standing behind his work.

Very Professional, Great crew, courteous and efficient. They worked with me on scheduling both the roof and the estimate so I could be home to manage the dogs. Clean up was great and my new roos is AMAZING!

Had to call them out twice for the same leak. First time 5-10 minutes. Second time worker questioned the first repair job. I was charged over $500 for both call outs and the owner did not seem to care about the first workers workmanship. Office decided not to tell the owner I wanted to talk to him. Had to call several times to voice my concern about this. We will be replacing several of our rental roofs and looking for someone who cares about the customer and doing a fair job.

Had several other inspections and estimates as well. Nothing at all like what was stated from All Rite.
Needless to say we went with another company and saved several thousand dollars.
Always best to do your own due diligence, and research.

DO NOT BASE YOUR DECISION ON ""KELLY'S OPINION.""

Gotta tell ya I didn't go into this roofing process without doing my homework. I had my roof fail after only 15 years so I wanted to be careful and thorough. I got estimates from several roofing companies, including a very high-priced one who advertises on TV My house is about 2,400 sq. ft. with a 600+ sq. ft. garage. I don't want to re-roof again in this lifetime.

What sold me on ""All Rite Roofing""?

1. Started with the estimator: Will. Down to earth guy who did a thorough inspection of the roof and who explained the roofing process. He was very honest when he told me the wait time was about 3 months. (I figured if they were worth it, I could wait). He told me a complete estimate would come by mail within a could days. He answered all my questions and took the needed time.

2. I got their estimate, which laid out EXACTLY what they would do, what they would do it with AND then they provided their long-term warranty backed by GAF. When its pouring rain and my roof starts leaking I don't want to call my roofer and get a disconnected number. I believe this is a quality warranty I can count on.

3. After I saw all the other bids I settled on All Rite and called Will. He encouraged me to come to their office in Yuba City and look at all the shingle options to be sure I got what I wanted. They also gave me a list of some of the properties they have done so I could see the styles and colors on an actual roof. By the way, All Rite was not the cheapest nor the most expensive but I felt they were the best ""bang for the buck"" and the most ""trustworthy""!

4. Although I stayed in touch with Will and Kelly, the office manager, during the weeks following, I got the ""Get Ready"" phone call about 2 1/2 months later. Will made an appointment to come out and prepare me for the job. When he arrived he explained that it would only be a 2 day job - WOW!! First day to remove the old roof and the following day to re-roof. He answered all my questions and set Monday as the start day.

5. Monday 7am Will and the guys arrived and the roof shingles, paper, staples. etc were removed. They left the place spotless. Tuesday, Jon, the owner arrived with his crew and the new roof took shape. These guys DON'T USE STAPLES they use NAILS, way more secure!! I'm not sure if there were 8 or 9 guys on the crew, but by the end of the job that day everyone of them had approached me and thanked me for the opportunity to do my roof - go figure! By afternoon the roof was done, but their work wasn't. They hand-picked everything up. Went through the bushes, used gas blowers, large magnets, and brooms to clean the area better than when they arrived. Awesome - 2 DAYS!!

6. The job was finished...... did they want cash or a check before they left? No! ""We'll send you an invoice along with your warranty in a couple days.""

Super team, super job!! Was more expensive than the cheapest and cheaper than the most expensive but I'd go with All Rite Roofing, Jon, Kelly, Will and their whole team in a minute! (I've already convinced my neighbor to call them for an estimate). THIS IS YOUR ROOFING COMPANY - ENJOY YOUR NEW ROOF!!
