I set up an appointment and the team arrived promptly. Shawn is great to work with. The estimated 4 day time frame was completed in 2 days, including the added gutters and downspouts. I gave the appointment person/dispatcher my address and instructions. I also told the person to have the driver text me and their location. I did not receive a text and when I called the dispatcher she said the driver was in the neighborhood but couldn't find my address. I gave her the instructions the second time but I never heard anything again.

All Raingutter Systems redid my roof over 5 years ago and it has been great - This past winter was a real test when we got the early heavy rain that came down sideways with high wind; a real kiss of death in the past for bad roofing jobs - everything stayed dry!!! When they installed the new roof the city came out for an inspection and asked them to do work that was not within the scope of the job and very unusual - I was about to speak up to the city inspector because it was out of the scope of the roofing job when the All Raingutter Systems person said they were OK with doing what was being asked no problem and did not charge me more for the work. They also cleaned up everyday and left my home and yard safe for running around barefoot! I continue to think the inspector was wrong in their demands especially because we were replacing the roof early bc the city let the last guy staple on the shingles and with the high winds in my area the shingles were pulled right up and the roof started leaking...Thank you All Raingutter Systems - you were a pleasure to deal with and I am happy to report the roof is holding up! Perhaps it is unusual leaving a review this long after the install but I wanted to wait a few seasons after the last job I had done!

Terrible customer service!
Set up 3 different appts, He didn't show to any of them, and didn't have the courtesy to call or text to let us know he couldn't make it. Shaun obviously doesn't know about professional courtesy. Not sure how you stay in business the way you treat your customers.

Needed about 40 square feet of roof repaired on the eaves. All Raingutter Systems used excellent materials, matched the concrete tiles, and repaired all of the damage. Looked like a brand new roof. Thank you for an excellent job.
