Recently the vicious WINDS we get out here in the iE blew a couple roof vents off leaving open HOLES in the roof! Before I contract with anyone I try to do as thorough search as possible & having done that, 'Oscar' seemed my best bet. Happily, it was a 100% positive choice! Totally satisfied with all aspects of his service. Very pleasant, helpful person & would be happy to recommend him and will definitely use him for any future problems! I got lucky!!

As to the Real Estate person's negative comment: I too, was in Real Estate at one time & she needs to be aware that the whole PURPOSE of any home inspection IS to provide FULL information as to any property defects/repairs needed. An inspector is ALSO liable for any inaccurate, incomplete information. Withholding info from a prospective buyer is also a violation on the Broker's part.

I don't normally give 5 stars out easily but in this case it needs one. My mother's house was in desperate need of a new roof, Oscar came out and gave the best quote and his concern for the job his workers did was above approach. Not only did he work on her roof he also took care of my roof and showed me areas of concern for my roof. By far this is the only company I will use for all my roofing concerns! He is a very honest man and will not take advantage of you! Thanks again for giving me peace of mind for this upcoming winter season!

These guys are great. Oscar the owner is really good to work with ... responsive, quick, on top of it. I had some complexity given that I am doing solar at the same time. In fact Oscar gave me advice I changes to the solar job to improve the quality of the work. Really satisfied.

lots of rain, and needed a roofer bad, all rain roofing came as soon as he was free from other jobs and repaired my roof even in the rain, did a excellent job in fixing everything.

I just was going into escrow when I noticed a leak in my living room corner ceiling. I had a heart attack seriously. I called my realtor who highly recommended Oscar Rodriguez with All Rain Roofing. This was Saturday 2-11-17 at 11:30am. I panicked and called him. I knew he had to be busy, I left a message. He called an hour later and said he could swing by late afternoon. I was thrilled. He showed up on time and so professional. He took pictures to show me the debris and cracked tiles. My heart stopped I swear. Then explained house is in escrow and he said the price and it was fair. I asked how soon as we're due for more rain. He said sometime this week. I was so worried, he texted me 7:30am Monday and said his crew will be here in 10 minutes. I was shocked. He switched his jobs around to assist me. What a great business man. This company and their Crew are amazing. They cleaned up everything, you wouldn't even know the roof was done. He showed me more pictures and what they did. Thank you Oscar and thank your crew for outstanding service. And HONESTY! You are the best!

You were not here but I was one I cheked for trash no trash in the truck they had they had a few tool a few shingles?? How is it that,was about 100 shields been replace and no trash anywhere and to claim 6 hours am,not,looking for reimbursement but people don't fall for,people to,take advantage for sure is that when I get todo my whole roof to the house by tax time I will look for somebody alse to honor a written estimate and no surprises

A. This guy's license is SUSPENDED so make sure to check the Contractors Board State License website first!

Real Estate Brokers - this guy came into the house we were listing and IN FRONT of the buyers started proclaiming ""this roof needs to be replaced!"". Really? How incredibly unprofessional!!

Often times deals are very fragile and first time buyers are nervous and overwhelmed. The last thing anyone needs is some dumb ass spouting his mouth off about things that aren't even true so we have to do damage control after you leave.

B. This is a tile roof and we just had it inspected. There were 4 slipped tiles and I got 2 bids for $600 but according to this guy...the whole roof needs to go! Talk about shady!

Oscar, here's some advice:

A. You shouldn't even be giving bids with a suspended license - UNPROFESSIONAL.

B. You speak only to the person who called you out - not to anyone else and you don't vomit ridiculous statements in front of people you don't know! UNPROFESSIONAL

C. We use roofers all the time and you will definitely NOT be on our vendor list!

After dealing with this guy I would not trust him to give an honest bid. It's sad that people who don't know any better have to deal with shady guys like Oscar. Call a professional.

I want to thank Oscar and his crew for expeditiously handling my roofing concerns. I had an issue with a possible roof leak but I wasn't sure if it was related to a solar installation or just a flat out leak. I called Oscar who answered the phone immediately and I didn't have to leave a message like all the others. I explained to him my concerns and he said he would be out shortly. He arrived and and it started to really rain and he inspected the roof and found the problem to be a cracked/broken seal near a pipe exhaust. He told me he could have his crew out the next day to fix. They showed up early the next day and I believe they went over and beyond to ensure all seals on any exposed vents/pipes were resealed. Basically, they performed a roof maintenance. They even fixed a builders mistake on a drainage problem that was poorly installed. His crew was very professional and knowledgable. Thanks again and hope to not have to call them back but will if I have any future issues.

I strongly recommend Oscar for all your roofing needs. I had a small repair job on my yile roof. Oscar came to give me an estimate on the day and time we arranged. He was very professional and honest. He and his crew arrived on the day we chose and completed the job within the timeframe estimated. I will continue using hom for all future maintenance and repairs.

We had Oscar come out to give us an estimate for roof and wood trim repairs. The thing I appreciated was all the pictures he took of the roof. We knew we had issues, but never saw the extent of the problem until I saw the pictures. He and his guys did a great job on our roof and trim. Oscar and his team were professional, and perfectionists at their work. I would recommend All Rain Roofing to any one that wants a superior job done!
