We chose All Pro Roofing to replace our roof, we met them through our salon as a client and we had started to build a friendship. We found out they had done other roofs in our neighborhood so we hired them to install our new slate roof. We paid them in full in April 2021 and they started on the roof at the beginning of June 2021. In person and in writing, we stated our concerns that we had just had the driveway re-paved with stone pavers and did not have any heavy equipment as it would not handle the weight. We were also suggested by several other roofers during consultations. As soon as the materials got there, they drove all the heavy equipment across the pavers, causing them to sink and breaking/chipping others. This was immediately brought to Brad's (the owner of All-Pro Roofing) attention. He tried claiming it was already like that. Stating, ""I hope you have good before pictures."" We provided a receipt and pictures of the driveway before them starting work before they admitted to the damage, which will cost $50,000 to repair as this is a large driveway. Still, to this day, they refuse to repair/replace the damage. Construction on the roof lasted until the end of August. During this entire time, we had to continuously dog them about when they would be out and finishing. Upon ""completion,"" we had leaks immediately evident throughout the house during the first rain storm. We informed Brad, who then took several days to get someone out to inspect and ""fix the problem."" He gave us some reasons that didn't make sense, so we hired a third-party inspector. The inspector came out, and he confirmed moisture throughout the home and attic areas with thermal imaging and moisture readings. He then brought to our attention that the roof did not appear installed correctly and none of the rotten deckings had been replaced even though that was part of the agreed work. He stated none of the flat roofing had been replaced. The flashing material was inappropriate for the type of roof and improperly installed. He found numerous broken tiles throughout the roof. The skylights had not been replaced as agreed. The rotten soffit and fascia had not been replaced as agreed. The gutters had not been replaced as agreed. We received about 20 pages of problems with our brand new roof. The inspector said that he would need to bring out a specialist for slate roofs.
We brought out a specialist referred by our inspector. Afterward, he met with us and just stated the only way to make the roof not leak, would be to remove large sections of the roof the make the necessary repairs to the valleys and flashing. He said it would in essence be a total replacement. By the time they removed all the necessary tile, the underlayment would then have to be replaced as well so the price between the repair and replacement would be negligible.
So we brought all this information to Brad. He stated that the inspector had broken the tiles when he inspected the roof. The skylights, gutters, soffit, fascia, flat roofing, ext... were not part of the quote and if we wanted them we would have to pay extra. Brad said, the roof was installed correctly and basically the inspector and specialist didn't know what they were talking about. We brought up the agreement showing where he had the above-mentioned replacements as part of the quote and after arguing multiple times, he finally came back out to make agreed repairs.
We reached back out to the inspector about his claim the tiles were broken by him. Body cam footage and before and after photos were shown, showing no tiles were broken by the inspector. Since then we have had to bring back out the inspector to locate the leaks for the roofing company multiple times as they did not seem able to do so on their own. We asked them for proof of insurance and bond information (if they have one) and they flatly refused.
This brings us to the present. We have not had one rainstorm where we haven't found additional leakage into our newly renovated home. Wood rot and mold have been found in multiple areas. We haven't completed getting all the renovation cost estimates back and we are already looking at $200,000+ in damage to our home. We don't have any idea what the health implications even are! This has been a nightmare from the beginning, and there seems to be no end in sight!!!! I would recommend to everyone, to stay as far from this company as possible!

All Pro Roofing & Design installed a new roof on my house in Colleyville. They helped me work through insurance issues and my HOA. The salesman showed me all the options available and provided me information so I could make an educated decision.
The installation was performed to the schedule I was told up front. The clean up was by far the best I have seen.
I would recommend All Pro Roofing & Design and I plan to use them on other houses in the future.

Thank you All Pro! We had All Pro replace our roof about a year ago. They were great! Very professional and responsive to everything. Yesterday I found that we had a small area on one of our furnace roof exhausts that had a small amount of water come through from a very heavy blowing rain. I gave them a call and ask if they could schedule an appointment to have the area sealed. They said absolutely. They would have someone call me to set up a time. It was no more that 1 hour and I received a call and they scheduled for today 10am. They showed up early and not only re sealed the pipe with the issue but checked and sealed all the others as well. They were Great! With all the issues with roofing companies you hear about it is a real pleasure to work with a good one. Good Job All Pro! Mark A.

Just want to leave a review since nobody has (except for the 1-star review that got filtered out as ""not recommended"") and caution everyone against this company. I had a bad hailstorm in my area and called All Pro to inspect my roof to determine if there were any damages. They came out supposedly and told me the roof needed to be replaced. Immediately after that, they sent me a contract stating I had to sign it before moving forward. This contract basically states that I have to use them to fix my roof after the insurance company pays me. Two issues: (1) my name was completely wrong on the contract and the spelling of my city was also completely wrong, leading me to believe this company has very little attention to details; and (2) I've never heard of a roofing company being so quick to force their customers into a contract when we don't even know if insurance is going to pay yet. I stated I didn't feel comfortable and whether we can wait until the insurance adjuster comes out to inspect prior to proceeding with the signing of contract. I was told that this was okay.
Once I got a date from the insurance adjuster on when the roof inspection was going to occur, I contacted All Pro and informed them of the date. I even gave the adjuster's name and phone number and told them to reach out to them to coordinate a time. I was told they would reach out and coordinate. A few days later, my insurance adjuster calls and informs me that he had called All Pro many times and they never called him back, so he inspected the roof solo. So here is All Pro promising to reach out to coordinate a time and failing to do so, and even when the adjuster called, they didn't respond.
I called and left a voicemail asking to speak with the owner. It's been a few days and still no call back. Avoid this place at all costs, and definitely do not sign any contracts with them. They are unreliable and they probably know it too; that's why they have to resort to locking their potential clients into contracts so they can feel free to act up and not care.
Edit in response to owner Terry's comment:
As you all can see, this business is delusional and unreliable. As my review stated, this company never even came out to inspect my roof with the insurance adjuster, as they promised. Yet Terry seems to think that I didn't pay my bill when I was never even a customer because they never showed up for the initial inspection! Goodbye, Crazy!

We had our roof replacement performed by All Pro Roofing. They did an excellent work. The crew was professional and the work was completed to our satisfaction.
In addition when we had questions or concerns All Pro Roofing took the time to explain our option(s) and was flexible and worked with us to incorporate any additional request(s) we had.
We would not hesitate to call them in the future, knowing that they would be honest, fair and very qualified to do the work. Thank you All Pro for the professional way the job was handled and the great appearance of our new roof.
Our house looks amazing with the new roof All Pro Roofing installed.

My roof was damaged in a storm and I had no idea how to proceed. So, I checked with my neighbors to see what they may have experienced.
It didn't take long before we understood the process, and All Pro Roofing & Designers came highly recommended by my neighbors. I was also advised of a few I might wish to avoid.
I checked the BBB and Google ratings before moving forward. (I didn't check Yelp then, in fact I just recently joined here, I'm surprised All Pro isn't 5 stars.)
I do a lot of things well, but dealing with insurance companies is not one of them. With All Pro we received the full coverage we were entitled to and the process was simple.
My neighbors were right. All Pro is the best. They have my complete endorsement when it comes to insurance roof replacements.

Living in Texas for over 25 years, we have experienced a few severe hail storms and tornadoes over the years. We have dealt with several roofing companies or contractors and All Pro Roofing has been by far the best. Their service, knowledge and experience is impeccable.
We began working with All Pro Roofing after a hail storm left our roof with substantial damage and leaks. There were several hidden leaks that left our floors soaked and warping. From beginning to end, we very much appreciated that you held our hands and guided us through the process of working with insurance company. Brad's knowledge and experience in the latest products were invaluable in helping us select appropriate replacement tiles. The crews working on the roof and our floors were fast and efficient. They kept our home and yard clean and everyone set honest and realistic expectations along the way.
We would highly recommend All Pro Roofing!

My experience with All Pro Roofing has been simply amazing. Every step was explained in detail and they made the entire process a breeze. I highly recommend All Pro Roofing.

After prevailing in a law suit with my insurance company (initiated by All Pro Roofing & Designers-Brad Scherff,Owner), a new roof (with a 10 year warranty) was installed in 2010 by All Pro Roofing. In 2015, the roof developed 2 leaks and I asked All Pro to repair the leaks. All Pro sent their crew to my house, whereas I observed them removing perfectly good shingles from each slope of my entire roof. All Pro then asked me again, to ""sue my insurance company for a new roof, due to hail damage"".
I called my Insurance Adjuster and 2 roofing companies, and they all stated there was no wind or hail damage to my roof (nor any other roofs in the area) and that my roof was in excellent condition. The only damage observed was 1) a ""leaking dead valley"" that was never replaced during the original installation by All Pro, and 2) the areas where the All Pro crew had torn off perfectly good shingles. All Pro refused to do the repairs under warranty and said ""if I didn't like it, I should sue them"". All Pro insisted that I ""sue my new Insurance Company for the expense of a new roof"". I have since had another reputable roofing company repair my roof at my expense.
