A few years ago, we had Dave put new roofs on two rental houses for us. He did such an excellent job, we had him replace the roof on our home as well. He does high quality work at a fair price.
A couple years ago we decided to replace the cedar shingles on the front of our house with fireproof shingles. Once again, Dave and his team did excellent work. I also appreciate that they respect the property while they're working and clean everything up afterward.

Dave is AWESOME!

The issue: My husband and I truly believed it's due to the AC unit sitting on top of the house. There is a leak somewhere up there, and my husband has tried to patch it up with a sealant. Regardless of how many times we sealed it, it only works temporarily. Eventually, the leaks keeps coming especially when using the AC unit or with rain. It's not a bad leak, but it is evident enough to bother me, so I got fed up and decided we need a roofer.

When I first talked to Dave over the phone, he was very professional and accommodating to my tight schedule. I told him the problem, and he explained multiple issues that can cause that problem. I got a rough estimate over the phone, but he couldn't really quote me unless he sees the roof. He came today, and my husband loved him. I came home from ordering lunch and the first thing my husband said was, ""He's a nice guy. I like him."" If you know my husband, he doesn't trust people so easily.

After Dave assessed the roof, he said he couldn't visually see any issue. He offered us some suggestions that we can try to save money instead of having a roofer do it to find the area of the leak. NEVER once was he pushy. He even told my husband that he did everything right to patch up the leak, but he can do a more professional job with their quality sealant. He even told us that's why the sealant only works for a short time because of the quality. He gave us a quote and said that we can call other roofers if we want to get more quotes. He gives us an estimate of what other roofers will charge to put on a sealant around the AC unit. He did suggest we can try to find the leak, so when he comes back he can focus around the area of the leak.

We're sold! After doing what he suggested, we are calling him back to patch up the roof!

Buying a HUD home, we knew we'd have to put a lot of work into the house. One of the first things that needed to be done immediately was the roof. There was water damage throughout the house due to the roof leaking in several spots. Dave came highly recommended from a friend of mine who had just had his roof redone a few months prior. Before finding out about All pro roofing, I got a couple other estimates. The one guy gave me an outrageous price and the other guy, I just got a bad vibe from him. Dave came and saved the day! His price was VERY reasonable, he was super nice and the work was done quickly. The recent spat of rain put his work to the test, and I'm thrilled to say that there wasn't one leak. I've already recommended Dave to a coworker, and I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a great roofing guy. Thanks again!

I don't have a ton of experience with contractors but I have had enough experiences to know when I deal with good ones and when I deal with bad ones. Thankfully Dave Marmiani and All Pro Roofing Company are some of the good guys.

From the bid process to the final product of a brand new roof, I was more than happy with Dave and his crew. He worked with me with all my questions and while he's the expert he made me feel like I was a part of the process to come up with the best plan for me. He never pressured me into any upgrades (if anything he was looking for ways to save me money).

The crew was always on time and they finished the project a day early, which was fantastic because it rained the next day!

The biggest compliment I can give Dave is he is an honest man. That was clear to me from my many dealings with him and I would not hesitate to endorse him for all your roofing needs!

Dave and his guys did a great job on our roof. My wife got the ball rolling and found Dave thru a referral. He came out again to meet myself and go over the bid again with me. I decided to go with a few upgrades and Dave came out to the house several times with samples. He called back quickly whenever I had a question about colors, solar vents, and some examples around the neighborhood. He and his crew showed up on time and finished one day early. He ran into a few unexpected snags after the old roof was off, and took care of it professionally. I strongly recommend Dave and All Pro Roofing if you want no surprises and a professional job.

Our roof had a few leaks. We didn't want to pay for a new roof. We just wanted repairs. Dave was great! He did what we wanted done. He didn't try to sell us on a whole new roof. He was honest and told us the flaws and possible consequences of not going new, but he was happy to do the repairs we wanted and even offered to come back if it still leaked to try and fix it for us. He was great, he was honest, he wasn't a hard sell. We really appreciated that and recommend him.

After a garage fire, my wife and I needed a total new roof on our home. We are very particular (esp. my wife). We searched, exhaustively researched, and interviewed literally dozens of roofers. Then, a large roofing supply company had referred my wife to Dave Marmiani owner/operator of All Pro Roofing Company.

Dave had a very comprehensive knowledge of the particulars and science of roofing. What really impressed us though was his ability to take the time to explain the most basic elements of roofing patiently answering all of our questions throughout the entire process.

Although, we were not looking for the lowest price (rather quality of work), the price of All Pro Roofing to do the entire job (including 11 vents) was very competitive, even lower than some of the others that gave us bids.

Further, Dave was one of the only ones who actually took the time to look at the structural plans of the house in order to do the roof consistent to the plans.

Dave was on site most of the time overseeing all workers. He also finished at the time he estimated. And when All Pro Roofing left the site, they left it clean. Dave was great to work with; he was very accommodating and willing to come back for anything.

We are thoroughly satisfied with the great job Dave and All Pro Roofing did and the attention to detail.

We would highly recommend All Pro Roofing for any roofing need.
