I want to start off by saying I like Steve and he seems like a nice guy but I have had too many issues with my roof since he replaced it 8-10 years ago. There is one area of the roof that was leaking when we hired All Pro and to this day continues to leak. The leaks are in an area where a second story addition meets the first story. There is a custom pan there that Steve said did not need to be replaced when we put the new roof on, I now know after years of leaks that was a mistake. We had Steve out numerous times and he instructed me how to fix leaks myself and I have been successful, ... however virtually every rainy season a new leak appears, it's gotten to the point where I wish someone had warned me not to use All Pro. This last rainy season I removed 2 courses of shingle from around a small section of the pan only to find 8-12 nails that had been shot through the pan flashing and missed hitting any wood; a definite contributor to the many leaks. This was all within approximately one square foot, very poor workmanship. Over the years I've called Steve numerous times (including this past rainy season) and most of the time he says he will look at his schedule and call me back and he does not, he has come out a few times, but the problem still exists today. I guess I'll have to tear up more shingles from around the pan. Sorry but I cannot recommend All Pro Roofing.

Steve is fantastic. Of all the roofers I called to replace my old roof, he was the only one that showed up when he said he was going to. He took his time to make sure he understood what I was looking for, provided a good quote and got the job done soon after. He came by the job several times to make sure his folks were doing the job right.

I even had a minor error in the job as my water heater vent fell down during the job (which was my fault) and they accidently shingled over the hole. I left Steve a message about it one day and when I came home from work the next day, everything was fixed exactly right.

I would definitely recommend All-Pro Roofing to anyone.

Steve put a copper roof on my house, copper gutters and solar powered roof vents. I love my new roof, service was excellent employees were professional. All the work was completed in a timely fashion and would recommend this contractor to family and friends; thanks again!
