All around great experience with All Pro Roofing. Put in a request for pricing over the weekend and had Matt over first thing Monday morning to take a look at the roof. At first I was thinking that I might have to drop over 10K to get the roof repaired. After a few minutes of taking a look at the roof Matt gave me an honest assessment that I was pleased to hear. I just had to replace the ridge caps which is significantly more affordable than a complete roof replacement. I also received pricing from other contractors in the area, All Pro Roofing provided the most competitive pricing as well. Due to the recent heavy rain season it was initially anticipated that my project wouldn't start until the May/June timeframe. They definitely over exceeded and got my roof repaired in less than 2 days after sending over a signed contract. If I had to sum up my overall experience in a few words they would be the following:

It takes me a while sometimes to write some reviews, just so I can see how the project stands the test of time, and this is one of them. Adam did my roof about a year ago, and I still recall clearly the level of professionalism and thoroughness that Adam gave to my project, at the same time, being very personable in the process. Not only did he show up on time (even while not feeling well on one occasion), he was very detailed about the roofing process, and I learned a lot myself, almost becoming a roofing pro (in theory), while doing my own independent research. If Adam is not sure about some level of detail (for example, do I really need an attic fan), he will honestly let you know the limits of his knowledge about it. The roofing was done quite well, with clear pictures sent my way, for additional areas that needed repairs. I am still very pleased by the results of his work, and had no leak during all the torrential rain and floods this season. Such contractors are not easy to come by.

Beyond a perfect experience, working with Adam and All Pro completely reshaped my expectations for what a contractor can be. Our job was complicated because the roofer had to coordinate with a solar panel company, a termite company, and a solar tube company. Adam was an ideal communicator with all parties and accommodated everyone despite several changes in plan. Then after a perfect roof installation with a clean and diligent install crew, a leak was caused during installation by one of the solar contractors. Even though all pro did not cause the leak, and even though they do not typically do repairs, Adam made sure we were taken care of and left us able to relax with a sound roof (for the second time). My wife loves the way the roof looks, and neighbors are always asking us for our roofer's contact information. With all of the requirements and issues with our project, choosing any roofer other than All Pro would have been an enormous mistake. Not to mention that theirs was the least expensive of four roofing quotes we received and that they made several trips to the house to answer questions and show samples before we even signed.

This company's customer service is genuine. They take care of you without taking shortcuts because they sincerely want you to be happy with the work. Honestly, such a great family business to work with.

I called Jim and left a message detailing my roof issues after reading the outstanding Yelp reviews. He does not do the type of work I need, but returned my call - same day as I called him, and the Friday before Christmas - just to let me know he could not help, and he offered me contact information for a few people who could. You do not see this type of customer service often and I really appreciate it.

All Pro Roofing did an amazing job putting on our new roof. Adam came out and explained the whole process, showed us samples, and gave us a few past job addresses to check out for options. My new roof looks awesome and has been great through these recent rains.
