I just finished having my roof replaced. I did extensive research and received four quotes. AllPro was by far superior in all the research I did. Jim was friendly and honest and instilled trust. When he came by to estimate, I asked him about how much wood replacement I might need as the house is 50 years old with original wood shake roof. We walked around, looking at as may areas as we could see, and he provided what he thought it may be above the base price. This is an area many unscrupulous contractors can get you. Jim was within $100 of his initial estimate out the door. I had no doubt I made the right choice as he was timely on scheduling, flexible, and very thorough. I received daily updates as to the next days anticipated progress. His guys were friendly and also they were very thorough with clean up every day. I couldnt have been happier with the work and the service, and the roof looks awesome., Thanks AllPro, definitely recommend them to friend or family.

I used Jim's company to redo the roof on both units of a duplex. The roof looks great, and it looks like they did a great job.

We ran into two issues, which Jim took care of.

1) They forgot to install the dormer vents. They had to install them after the re-roof was done.
2) They left nails lying around in the driveway and yard, which caused a tire to get punctured. Jim apologized that his crew didn't clean up all the nails, and is taking care of the tire.

I called about a leak on a roof and was called back immediately and was told he was sorry but they were booked till end of month and gave me advise on getting license bonded roofer if I get another roofer out. I thought that was very nice. I would have loved to have done business with this company. At least they are courteous to call and let me know they are booked. You get 5 stars for that. I

If you are looking for a professional and dependable roofing company, All Pro Roofing are your guys.   I was a little stressed out when I realized I needed my roof replaced.   Once I spoke to Jim, I felt more at ease.   Jim explained the process step by step. Throughout the process All Pro kept me well informed. The staff works very hard and everyone seems to be in sync, like a well oiled machine. I would definitely recommend All Pro Roofing.

In one word...OUTSTANDING!!! From the initial visit to the final inspection Jim and his crew were Nothing but professional. They arrived when scheduled and finished each day by cleaning up my entire yard. They covered my pool and the interior of my garage, something my pool man told me he rarely sees. I would highly recommend ALL PRO ROOFING. You will not be disappointed.

Eric from All Pro came out to estimate repairing my roof which had a leak and needed new lap boards and roofing on top. Went on the roof and checked everything out as I asked to see if there are any other problems. Said he'd get back to me with an estimate. Really, why not give me an estimate on the site? But Ok. A week later, nothing. Two, then three weeks pass. I give them the benefit of the doubt thinking he lost my number. Called and left a message and now four days go by and still no response. Don't waist your time with these guys. They don't follow through.

Simply stated, don't bother calling anyone else. Period. Jim and his crew are a pure class act. We just had our entire roof redone the past three days. Actually, 2.5 days. Everything was timed and executed so perfectly, it was hard to believe there was a crew on our roof. I don't think the main crew ever took a break or a restroom stop. Every day, the entire area was cleaned and policed beautifully. If the crew said they would be here at 8am, the first shingle was being nailed down at 8am sharp!!
Jim, you should be very proud of the business you have built. I just wish every contractor I deal or dealt with could take customer service lessons from you!!

All this, and the quoted price was actually several thousand less than the closest competitors bid. And I had to ASK them to send it to me.......I think not......

I wish that I could give All Pro Roofing 10 stars. This is the best company that I've ever hired and we've had the best experience. First, Matt came out and inspected my roof and the shed roof that had a leak. I was expecting that we needed a whole new roof, but he told us that our roof was still good and told us exactly what was needed with the shed roof. He also took care of some parts of the roof that had were in need of real repair and put a roof on the small addition holding the water heater. His crew, led by Noe, was the hardest group of workers I've ever seen. They never stopped. Then, they cleaned the outside spotless. The young man not only swept everything from the ground, he looked on tables and at everything where dust or particles of their stuff might have landed and cleaned those as well. They hauled everything away and were the nicest people one could ever meet. Matt came back and checked everything and then asked if my husband wanted to go up and check everything. Matt was so wonderful and the best part was that he charged such a fair amount. I was shocked at how little he charged, really. As I've said, I would highly recommend All Pro Roofing for many reasons: their honesty, the quality of their work and their work ethic. I'm so thankful and wish that they did more than just roofing, to be honest. This is an A+, 10+ company. Thank you, Matt, Noe and your hard working crew. Our guardian angels should took care of us today. Just amazing!
