I am owner of a property in Jacksonville and moved to another city many years ago turning the home into a rental. I'm pretty cautious about dealing with many in the home improvement industry but I must say that my experience with All Pro Roofing was exceptional.

From the moment I contacted them, they provided the knowledge, education and service that I was looking for. Being in another city can make coordination the project more stressful but their prompt communication and updates kept me informed. (I was even able to determine the shingles color using a computer program they provided online). When the property manager forgot to tell the tenant what day the roofers were coming, Brian stepped in and smoothed things over with the tenant and was able to proceed without missing a beat. The house was re-roofed within the time he promised and I received photos with proof of completion. Three months later, I inspected the property when I was in town and was pleased with the workmanship they provided.
