Firstly if I could give this company a ZERO star I would!I recently moved into a newly constructed home. This company has reached out to me 4 times. The first time I was told by Jorge/George that they had been out in my community and they saw potential roof damage on some homes. When I explained that I had only just closed late last year on the home, and that there was indeed no roof damage, he agreed and said to keep the company in mind for future. I asked to be removed from the calling list, and he agreed he would take me off. Subsequently I have been called back from the same number several times, however today was the last resort. When I told Jorge/George that I have spoken to him before and asked him to take me off his calling list he became argumentative stating we had never spoken before. Seriously?? I told him I have caller ID and can prove he had called me before!! If they are this dishonest now, I wonder how they conduct themselves when doing business? Wish i could get hold of the owner (hopefully not Jorge/George) and give them a piece of my mind! What is most upsetting is that mine is an unlisted number, so am wondering how these companies are trawling our numbers to telemarket / advertise their business??

All pro has been great to work with since my first contact with them. After the March storms here in Saginaw , all pro was coming around the neighborhood to explain their services to some of my neighbors. I called them up and had them come by when I got home from work. From the start they were honest and I could sense honest and hard working. My insurance didn't want to replace the whole roof at first just half. TJ and his team fought this decision with my adjuster and won. I got my whole roof replaced and they did an awesome job. It looks amazing and I highly recommend them. I've never had a company work so hard for us and been so nice along the way. They took the hassle out of dealing with our insurance out of the way. We've dealt with roofers before and All Pro is the best we have came across. Thank you TJ and your team for helping us !!

Lady answering the phone sounded annoyed someone was calling for a service call. She warmed up after a couple minutes, but if I weren't in desperate need of a service call I would've hung up. Took down my info, made an appointment for next day window of 8am-9am. The following morning took a 1/2 day off work and they never showed up or called. When I tried calling at 10am, no answer. I then had to take an entire day off work to have someone else come out. Really poor customer service. Must be nice to have so much work you don't need to keep your appointments or care when you miss them.

I looked at several online sources for an electrician to install two ceiling fans and two exterior outlets. Decided on AllPro after looking at the reviews and checking BBB (no issues).

TJ showed up with a helper within 5 minutes of agreed to time, very promising start. Show him what I wanted done and agreed on a price for the outdoor outlets. He had already given me the cost for installing the ceiling fans including one in a room with 15 foot ceiling.

They assembled the fans and had both installed in a couple of hour, this included insuring the remotes worked on both fans. They were very careful with the ladders and generally took extra care to avoid damaging walls, doors and the hardwood floors.

The exterior power runs, required trenching around the yard and the existing sprinkler system. When the job was complete they laid the sod they had cut out when digging the trench. Yard looked very good for the amount of trenching.

I highly recommend TJ and AllPro Electric. It's nice to work with professionals and TJ and AllPro are definitely professionals in both their electrical work and customer service.

About a month or so ago, TJ and his team came to my house to evaluate and resolve an electrical issue I was having with outdoor electricity in my back yard that negatively affected the use of my fountain. Although it took some time to exactly pinpoint the issue (they were thorough in their investigation), they correctly diagnosed it, gave me some options for repair and then executed the option I selected. I found each member of his team to be friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. All Pro is a local outfit with diverse range of services offered and also hires veterans, so that is another good thing! I highly recommend TJ and ALL PRO Electric.

Hands down best service you're gonna come by! TJ was great to work with and very personable during the entire process. Since buying my house last fall I occasionally was having problems with the front landscape lighting (specifically when it rained hard). After chatting on the phone for awhile he came out the following day to give me an idea of what we were looking at. After talking for a few minutes he gave me a couple of solutions, one of which was going to be fairly costly (dig up and replace) or two, replace my expensive/energy consuming system with an LED setup from HD. With a baby on the way, we choose option two and the very next day TJ was there with some help and we removed the old and in with the new together. There isn't a person I know who just likes spending money on repairs, but at least TJ made this seem a little less painful.

Like I said, this was a great experience and will definitely recommend All Pro to anyone who asks.
