If there was a way to give ""Minus"" stars I would. Obviously only gave one star as that was the lowest option.
First Problem : originally signed a contract and used their financing, but then decided we wanted to do ""MORE"" with them, cancelled the first contract with no problem. Great, or so we thought... that's when the problem started... we wanted to pay 50% down on AmEx and finance the other 50% and did that on the original contract. Since the project was more than doubling and more measurements were needed, we asked them to credit back our AmEx and cancel with the financing company... makes sense.
Long story short, they did neither! Had to alert AmEx ourselves, but they had to cancel the financing company; they didn't, so we got statements asking for payment. Called All Phase again for about the sixth time for the same issue (remember, we wanted to do more!) but they still wouldn't rectify the financing problem. Four months later, we're still getting requests for payments! We finally contacted Trust Dale, which they hang their hat on as a premier endorsement! The Trust Dale people were livid. My husband said today that he got a phone call from TD today that they lost their endorsement from Trust Dale. I don't see them as an endorsed company on TD, so I assume it's true. So sad! We would have used them had everything been handled appropriately. Guess they needed the cash infusion that the finance company fronts.
Second problem: the salesman was pressured by ""The Captain"" via phone calls during the sales call. We're in sales, we also have bosses and quota's so we tried to see it for what it was. What it should have been was... ""A Big RED FLAG?""
If they perform a good service, I'll never know and am quite happy about that!!
Carla H.They won't stop harassing me!!!
They put on the siding in July, the workers left all kinds of crap around my yard, the project manager text me and said ""we are all done it looks great can you sign the release so I can pay the guys"". I declined just signing the release without seeing it. When I got home a portion of the siding had not even been done, I had the old and the new siding. It took them another 2 weeks to complete the job because they claimed that had to order it but at the time of the sell they said it was their number one color and always had it in stock.
Fast forward, every month sometimes 2 or 3 times a month they call me as if I am a new prospect trying to sell me on siding they already sold me ...I keep telling them they already did the siding and I have no interest in ever using them again but they won't stop calling.
Robert Q.We are walking away. Old-school auto/time-share sales tactics used here. After an hour of calculating an estimate, plus 45-minutes of videos and all about the company, samples, colors, installation, the question. Do you trust our company? Do you trust me? Finally nearing the two-hour mark, the initial offer! Whoa, double and triple the going advertised and internet rates for precisely the same products and guarantees from award-winning companies. Hardball: The next 1 1/2 hours was spent dickering down to a competitive number, more than 50% below the initial quote, but still more than many internet offers. Reading on, it appears as if this could be only the start of the problems here. No deal, no contract for us. Good-bye.
Gina R.This is the most annoying company ever! We had them give an estimate last year for a new front door but decided to go another route. They will not stop calling us even after repeated requests to remove us from their list, and filiing a complaint with the FCC.
Andrew W.They pressured us into setting up an appointment, (which We 'forgot' about because they wanted both of us there) when they called back to reschedule, I told them that we were no longer interested in their services and left it be. Now I get 3-5 calls a day from them and each time I say no and not interested, and stop calling. I have blocked each different number they call me from but they have a way to still get me. I'm in sales myself, but I know when to back off, these people try to pressure you in any way, I just reported them to the BBB and FCC hopefully that will stop so I don't answer my phone and listen to their garbage.
Joel H.Deceptive business practices and this company uses subcontractors. Beware of doing business with this company! Very high pressure and will start with an outrageous price and immediately come down when you say no but are obviously trained to put tons of pressure to sign a contract. Once you sign no one wants to communicate and then they play this game that you can't cancel their contract after 3 days even if you try to cancel before the work is even completed! Even worse, they had my elderly mom sign a contract and when I found out I called and cancelled immediately and the manager contacted my mom again and offered yet another discount to take the job. My feeling is he contacted her because he knew that was his only shot at saving the job. Shady way of doing business! Buyer Beware!
One of the WORST customer service experiences I have EVER had. I set up an appointment with them for Sunday. They called the day before to verify.. Then never showed up. I called to let them know the sales rep never showed and they sent him out later in the afternoon. We ended up signing an agreement and were supposed to have someone come out to measure all of our windows for replacement. They never showed up again. NO call. nothing. I called their office on multiple occasions and was lied to over and over again. I let them know that I did not want my partner's credit being ran without a new signed agreement at the lower rate that they offered. I was assured by 2 different women that they did not even have our paperwork in the system and would not run my partners credit until after they had received the signed agreement. This would have only been able to have taken place had we met with the rep that never showed up. Turns out they did run her credit and said she was not approved. This is impossible being that her credit is score is well over 700 and she makes plenty of money. They are a horrible company that doesn't have any ethics as well as a huge lack of communication and respect for so called valued customers. I would never recommend them to anyone. Not even my worst enemy. They lied to me on multiple occasions and hung up on me.
All Phase was contacted, came out and showed the sample windows. Decided to have windows replaced and stated that I wanted to keep the old windows. The job was done over 4 months ago. The guy that came out for the install used a saws all and cut the windows out damaging the siding and fascia. Called to have someone come back out and the calls were ignored or blown off. Had paid cash for the windows ($6,600.00). To date; no one has contacted me or came out to see the damage. They use caller ID to screen calls. Don't recommend the company at all. Hate to think what I am going to go through to make a claim on the windows if anything should happen to them in the future.
David B.We contracted all phase home services to install new gutters at our home. The contract clearly stated they were to replace all rotten facia board and rotted soffit. In addition we paid extra to have the facia board painted before the gutters were installed. Total cost of the job was $2100. Half to be paid before the job and the remaining $1050 to be paid only after I signed off on the work. Well much to my surprise they charged my credit card for the remaining balance before the work was completed and inspected. After multiple calls to the company to have them come out and finish the work with no response, I had to dispute the second payment with my credit card company. I'm very disappointed with this company since they are affiliated with Ace Hardware. Since they are affiliated with Ace Hardware it was my mistake for not checking out reviews. After my problem with this company and looking at the Better Business Bureau reviews they've had over 14 complaints from customers. I would not recommend this company for any home-improvement projects.
I had All Phase install spray foam insulation and a new gutter system on our house in the summer of 2015. We have had issues from the beginning and are continuing to have issues. The products themselves seem to be great. The gutters and spray foam have had no issues themselves. It is the installation that is still causing us issues. Initially after the spray foam was installed the ceiling to our house had multiple nail pops in the drywall, most of the HVAC ducts were pulled down (they were hanging in the attic) and crushed, and the covering to the attic door was destroyed. After multiple no shows, reschedules, etc. the drywall, duct system, and attic door were restored to an acceptable state. We thought our issues were over. However, in November our roof started leaking. After investigation, including a roofer sent out by All Phase it was verified that the leak was caused by poor installation of the gutters. We learned intact that all of the gutters were hung improperly and needed to be rehung. After more scheduling issues the work was finally completed in December 2015. However, the drywall inside still needed to be repaired. We agreed to wait until hard rain to be sure the leak was fixed, By January 2016 we had several hard rains and I was confident the leak was fixed. I called to schedule the drywall repair and found the person I had been dealing with was gone. I spoke with his replacement, Randy, hoping for good results. It is now the end of February. I have been in contact with Randy frequently, constantly being told the repair will be scheduled within a week. He told me to stop calling and start emailing, so I tried that. No response at all via email so I went back to phone calls. When he says someone will be in touch within a week, I wait the week and begin trying to contact him. My phone calls are typically ignored and not returned. I do talk to him every few weeks and am told the same story again and again. This week. It has been over a week since I've heard back from him and last time I was told within a few days. I am an understanding person and if I am told the truth I am pretty sympathetic. If I had been told that they were back logged and it would take a month or so to schedule I would have been more apt to accept the situation. However, at this point, I have been lied to over and over and over. It is not acceptable and completely unprofessional.
Stay away from this company. Although they seem to have a good product, the installation will ruin your house and the customer service to deal with the issues is terrible at best.
