I purchased a new gutter system from All Phase Home Services in October, 2017. They quoted me a high price then reduced it after I got other quotes from competitors.
The salesperson bragged about the longevity of their employees and how well trained they were at their jobs. On the day of installation a truck with a different company name shows up. I discovered they sub contracted the job to another company. The lead installer
Blasted crude rap music and smoked like a chimney. When I confronted him about this and some other things he was rude and obnoxious. I had to call the service manager three times during the install process. After the install I had to call to get them to come back to straighten a down pipe installed crooked. They came out right away and fixed it. A month ago I noticed part of the gutter topper had pulled away from the gutter. I called the production service department and spoke to Karen Caulberg. She said she would call me when she knew when they could take a look at it. A week went by and no phone call. I called back and she told me her manager would come out and she needed to talk to him to see what his schedule was. Once again she never called me back. I called again and left a voicemail. Still no response. I called and spoke to someone else who said I should not have to wait over two weeks to get a call back and he would talk to her. Still no response. I left two more voicemails with no response. I called again and left another vm with an ultimatum that I would lodge a complaint with the Better Business Bureau if I didn't hear from her. No Response. I made a complaint to the BBB over a week ago, and still haven't heard from them. I will update this review if I get resolution.

While I had a week of vacation last October I decided to look at having a couple of picture windows and bad window sills replaced in the back.
I received a call from All Phase and asked if they would be able to provide a quote for the work I wanted done.
The initial price was more then I had in mind, and when I told him my price range the estimator huffed and puffed and went back to his car. I was getting ready to leave as he came back from his car and stated he had talked to the owner and he was willing to come down to my price which was almost half of his initial quotation (should have been a red flag).
I agreed since I did not want to deal with a lot of contractors (and paid dearly for it).
The windows were special order and would take 4-6 weeks, which was no problem as I had expected this.
After multiple visits, which consisted of installers leaving because they stated windows were wrong, re-measurements, damaged delivery, the widows were finally were installed mid December.
You would think it would make sense to do it all at once, but we were not that lucky.
After calling when the window sills would be done an installer was scheduled.
After 6 no-shows and incomplete installs from a single installer where he had only worked on 1 of the 5 sills and left a gap where I could look outside through in the middle of the winter while it was freezing I called them, again, saying I did not want that unreliable and incompetent installer (R.) on my property anymore.
It was already getting February and Higor (the only reason I gave any stars)was scheduled to come by and look at what was needed. He was very courteous and respectful of my property.
Later we scheduled a day for the repair in March (I did not want to take any more days of as I had lost almost a week of PTO because of them), and Higor and his assistant took care of the job exactly as I had requested.
We are now in April and I want to pay my final bill to get this drama out of my system, but even after calling 10 days ago I still have not received a final statement.
Would definitely not recommend (sorry Higor).

In my opinion....whatever you do, don't use All Phase. Long story short...
1. They offered us two ""deals/discounts"" and retracted both of them.
2. They set up an apt. with us and called us the day before to cancel and change the day.
3. After agreeing to another day, they were no show twice.
4. They called us the next day (both times) and on the second no show they contacted me with the guy who was going to measure our windows and he told us that he didn't show up because we were at the end of the list and he didn't see our names...
They were super unprofessional, unreliable and liars (don't give us two offers and then retract). Save your time and money. I'm also letting my Next Door Neighbors know because the first time they reached out to us, was by knocking on our door. I don't want our neighbors to be tricked into agreeing to work with them like we were.

Six of my neighbors have just gotten new roofs, for under $7,300. I allowed All Phase Home Services to come out...they called me. My quote was a whopping $15,000. Note that I did my homework before hand. ALLLL materials (very same roof material), and labor cost ($30 hr. for 3 men for 10 hours) (google GA salary), + dumpster $500 (I called a dumpster company for this cost), came up to less that $5,000. My house is not higher than any neighbors. Same square feet. Why would anyone pay a company $15,000 - $7,300 = $7,700 who does not do ANY of the work. If I am getting screwed...I want a kiss. Sorry honey I can not help you make that boat payment!

The salesman (I believe it was Mr Haywood), did a great job selling this company. He made me believe they would do right and were a reputable company. Maybe most of the folks are there, but they need to make some changes starting with the PM that was in charge of our job and the GM who is full of bull. Mr Haywood and I went over a contract, I signed it, gave them a 50% deposit, and that was the only easy part of the process. I was told the job should start in the next week or so and would not last more than two weeks (it took them nearly two months). A dumpster shows up at my house one day and some siding materials. No one called to let me know it was going to be there. What if I had a car blocked in the garage? Thanks for the heads up, great communication. Took over a week for anyone to show up and start working on the house after I had been told twice they ""would be there the next day."" I kept having to ask what was going on. The PM did not inform me of anything on his own. Siding guys show up and point out that they just recently received a message to come here and do work. The only thing they were told was ""siding"". What kind of work order is that? No detail from the PM. Siding guys did a great job though, them and the salesman are the only reason I'll give this company two stars. The main siding guy commented that the PM did not have all the materials dropped off and that someone damaged a lot of the siding when they delivered it. The PM was more than difficult to get in touch with, text or phone calls. Rarely returned either. He complained that he was just so busy with the 8 or 10 jobs he had. I made it known that I too am a PM, but I do millwork in hotels and I had 18 going on at that time so I didn't want to hear excuses. A few days after the siding guys were done the painters showed up, started caulking and then painting. They didn't even bother to clean the house before they started painting. I complained about that, the PM acted like it was not a big deal. Paint was already peeling off in the areas they had painted. Once they painted the entire house they immediately charged the balance on my credit card without authorization and without asking if I was happy with the work. After I noticed this, I brought it up to the GM, he promised they would be done by the end of the week (there were a handful of items that did not get taken care of) or he would refund that money back to me. Neither of those things ever happened. It took them nearly a month from that point with multiple trips to get done. Most of the trips could have been avoided had the PM actually communicated with the workers exactly what needed to be done. After every trip there were still things that were not addressed even after I had written down everything on a piece of paper for the PM to discuss with the workers. Worst communication I have ever seen. Never using this company again.

If there was a way to give ""Minus"" stars I would. Obviously only gave one star as that was the lowest option.
First Problem : originally signed a contract and used their financing, but then decided we wanted to do ""MORE"" with them, cancelled the first contract with no problem. Great, or so we thought... that's when the problem started... we wanted to pay 50% down on AmEx and finance the other 50% and did that on the original contract. Since the project was more than doubling and more measurements were needed, we asked them to credit back our AmEx and cancel with the financing company... makes sense.
Long story short, they did neither! Had to alert AmEx ourselves, but they had to cancel the financing company; they didn't, so we got statements asking for payment. Called All Phase again for about the sixth time for the same issue (remember, we wanted to do more!) but they still wouldn't rectify the financing problem. Four months later, we're still getting requests for payments! We finally contacted Trust Dale, which they hang their hat on as a premier endorsement! The Trust Dale people were livid. My husband said today that he got a phone call from TD today that they lost their endorsement from Trust Dale. I don't see them as an endorsed company on TD, so I assume it's true. So sad! We would have used them had everything been handled appropriately. Guess they needed the cash infusion that the finance company fronts.
Second problem: the salesman was pressured by ""The Captain"" via phone calls during the sales call. We're in sales, we also have bosses and quota's so we tried to see it for what it was. What it should have been was... ""A Big RED FLAG?""
If they perform a good service, I'll never know and am quite happy about that!!

They won't stop harassing me!!!
They put on the siding in July, the workers left all kinds of crap around my yard, the project manager text me and said ""we are all done it looks great can you sign the release so I can pay the guys"". I declined just signing the release without seeing it. When I got home a portion of the siding had not even been done, I had the old and the new siding. It took them another 2 weeks to complete the job because they claimed that had to order it but at the time of the sell they said it was their number one color and always had it in stock.
Fast forward, every month sometimes 2 or 3 times a month they call me as if I am a new prospect trying to sell me on siding they already sold me ...I keep telling them they already did the siding and I have no interest in ever using them again but they won't stop calling.

We are walking away. Old-school auto/time-share sales tactics used here. After an hour of calculating an estimate, plus 45-minutes of videos and all about the company, samples, colors, installation, the question. Do you trust our company? Do you trust me? Finally nearing the two-hour mark, the initial offer! Whoa, double and triple the going advertised and internet rates for precisely the same products and guarantees from award-winning companies. Hardball: The next 1 1/2 hours was spent dickering down to a competitive number, more than 50% below the initial quote, but still more than many internet offers. Reading on, it appears as if this could be only the start of the problems here. No deal, no contract for us. Good-bye.

This is the most annoying company ever! We had them give an estimate last year for a new front door but decided to go another route. They will not stop calling us even after repeated requests to remove us from their list, and filiing a complaint with the FCC.

They pressured us into setting up an appointment, (which We 'forgot' about because they wanted both of us there) when they called back to reschedule, I told them that we were no longer interested in their services and left it be. Now I get 3-5 calls a day from them and each time I say no and not interested, and stop calling. I have blocked each different number they call me from but they have a way to still get me. I'm in sales myself, but I know when to back off, these people try to pressure you in any way, I just reported them to the BBB and FCC hopefully that will stop so I don't answer my phone and listen to their garbage.
