Had a roof inspection on my detached garage on 5/26/23. On 5/30, I called, intending to give them my email address so they could send the quote. The response was, ""we only send quotes by text."" I politely asked again (via text) on 6/2, crickets. Today, 6/5/23, I sent, ""can I get the quote you promised, or even a ""we don't want to take your job""? No quote, no ""sorry, we're working on it."" Not professional.
