1/15/2025 Updated review -
Today the Field Customer Service representative of All in 1 Remodeling, along with one of the workers who worked on this job, had to come by the house to pick up a signed contract change document (roofing job started in July - completed in December and removal of loan/lien) because their office could not get the signature name correct on the DocuSign.
The rep actually asked me if I would consider removing my original review and offered me ""restitution"" as she assured me they were investigating the questionable legalities of the business practices involved with this job. Besides being offended, I told them flat out I would not. Would you call that ethical business practices? Again, I could not, in good conscience, recommend this company with what we have experienced with them. DO NOT let this company win you over with the excuse this was a disgruntled customer ""venting"" as they were paid (or should I say overpaid) in full on 1/7/2025.
