It started with a random knock on the door from a salesperson who was working in the neighborhood. Really nice kid and it was a great experience. We just moved and were planning on doing a lot of work in our backyard, so we made an appointment for the following Sunday at 1:00 to have them come out.

The next Sunday comes, and we get a call just before 1:00 asking when a good time to come out was. We had cleared our afternoon since we had a 1:00 appointment, but whatever. They said they could be out between 2:30-3:00. Cool. We get a call a little after 3:00 saying they can't make it because they're dealing with an old guy who had a big back yard. Annoying, but again, whatever. They asked when a good time to reschedule an appointment would be and I tell them Sundays are best for us, but I need to talk to my wife to figure out if we'll be around the following weekend, and I'll give them a call to confirm.

They proceeded to call me like 4-5 times throughout the week, and each time I told them we weren't able to confirm a time because we have kid's events that are popping up. Sunday comes, and we get a call about our appointment that is booked that day. I tell the guy we didn't have an appointment booked, and it's not a good day.

The following day (this morning) I get a call from one of the guys asking about making an appointment. I tell him the same thing I said before that I'll talk with my wife and get a time figured out and call them. He responds with ""We can go ahead and book a tentative appointment and you can cancel if you need to"". I tell them I don't want to do that, I'll call back when I talk to her and see when a good time we can both be there for them to come out. The dude responds with ""Well, what time is usually good for you guys. We can book the appointment."" I just hang up on the guy. Seriously, not even 5 minutes later a different guy calls from a different number asking about booking an appointment the following weekend....

I get needing to do a little persistent communication trying to lock down clients, but this was way beyond that. It sucks, because we were 100% going to use them and were going to spend a pretty big chunk of money. If a company is this scattered, unorganized, and pushy on the backend, I'm not sure how much I trust giving them a huge amount of money to complete a job for me.

Edit: I initially gave a 1 start review, but that was probably a little harsh and I had just gotten off the phone with them and was pretty annoyed. The pictures they have show they do good work, but I hate being pressured into things and the 2 weeks of communication with them felt like nothing but pressure.

Honestly horrible response time and attentiveness to answering our questions, they originally solicited us at my mothers home we needed some of their services they offer , they had some lady Jenny come over tried to get my mother to sign a contract after she inspected the home but we had a few questions after a family discussion and she never returned our calls or anything we called and George was just a rude person to talk to seemed like we are bothering them we had questions about the contract but seems like once we mention that they try to say oh well have a supervisor go and talk to you then we get a call from someone and mind you they already took a look at the property and know what they need to do and they are now saying oh well we need to do many other things before we give you a estimate which is fishy but yet they can't answer questions about the contract , I called their office and right I told they guy that I spoke to Jenny and he said I'm gonna pass the phone to somebody else this company is just trying to get people under contract without trying to explain the contract or terms very bad service they want to charge $1,050 for a full inspection but can't tell us what that includes definitely going to call somebody else

My kitchen was super outdated and I was looking for a remodeling company to help! I called and their staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They gave a good deal and the value was worth every penny!

This company try to threaten me, they try to bribe me, and they try to sue me to remove this review. This company calls from multiple companies such as Homebuilders, All in 1 Remodeling, and The Contractors Group. It's the same company, the company who I went with was All in 1 which I later found out the be related to these other companies. They lied about their bid price, they try to have me sign for an awful loan, and they did not complete the work. Please do not use them.
