this company tarped our roof post hurricane Ian, 1500 dollars and it leaked, job was not done correctly, tarp was not brought down over siding, they tried to use tar to make it work. We paid them on the day it was completed, received text messages stating they received the money and a week later they called and said see you in court for non payment. Even with proof from the cash app and our bank they still proceeded with small claims. Finally with a threat to counter sue for our expenses to appear in court (we were 1700 miles away) they dropped the case. The management and staff showed no professionalism, no customer service skills, they were incompetent in tarping a simple roof and certainly had no financial skills, We never did receive a receipt for work, materials and labor, even with multiple texts requesting this info.
As if the hurricane was not enough dealing with this company was worse

Josefina & Daniel run a superior business, they were on it from day 1. They were here everyday with only one rain out. Their crews were friendly, professional and like Josefina & Daniel, they were all on point throughout the entire process.

When we initially called around at the start, some other companies didn't show up, never called back, didn't provide a quote etc.

Having dealt in the past with some less than stellar contractors, All Florida State Roofing made everyone else seem cut rate.

After everyday of work they cleaned the area for debris, nails etc.

All Florida State did all the extras that most would overlook or nickel and dime you to death.
